They were meticulous in all of their services, including general contracting, vent cleaning, chimney repair, and roofing. Now that the attic is adequately insulated, heating expenses will be reduced. The fireplace and chimney seem like they were just installed. Fantastic work from beginning to end!

He rinsed out the air ducts, cleaned the dryer vent, and fixed our ancient chimney. After that, he replaced some damaged roof shingles, put in new insulation, and got rid of attic vermin. He was quite thorough and respectful, which made me very happy. Residents of Norfolk can rely on ABTC and Caleb to manage everything with tact and knowledge. A five-star experience indeed!

They provided reliable mold removal services. The mold remediation services focused on addressing the issue properly, and Daniel ensured the mold removal was completed carefully. The mold cleaning met expectations, although scheduling was slightly delayed. They also handled a dryer vent inspection, dryer vent cleaning, and air duct cleaning. Good quality work, just not the quickest turnaround.

This company did good work on my French doors and a door to one of my bedrooms. The gentleman who came was quick, did quality work and I am very happy! The prices were extremely reasonable, and I plan to use this company again for more doors and any carpentry work.

We had them work on our home, repair some sliding doors and redid our floors. They where great. Did the work well and great timing. We are very satisfied with the work done. 10 out of 10. Definitely going to call them back for any future work needed.

They did an addition on our home. Jesse is an Ace, Lisa is so professional, and both are great to work with. We love our addition it’s our favorite room in the house.

Not only was I left hanging with unfinished work after the company took draw after draw and left me hanging to hire another company to finish the work on my home. The work they did do has not been of great quality. I purchased almost $11,000 in quality flooring, and it is now buckling in certain areas. It has been inspected by a professional flooring company to find there was not enough of an expansion gap left. A year later, and this company is still costing me. Honestly, I should’ve sued them, but I actually half liked the owners. Still not completely sure I’m not going to go that route after this flooring incident. Beware!

Regarding this reply, I used $4/sq foot quality Pergo flooring, I didn’t use anything cheap. I have the receipts and left over boxes if anyone would like to see them.

As far as me not paying, that’s a joke! He OVERDREW, and I was left hanging with more work remaining on my house, then the amount I left owed. So I payed more than my balance to have it finished. Have text to prove that as well, and even with admission on your end as well. Still have text receipts of that if anyone wants to see those.

Custom work? You mean the tile lady you sent who had no license, so took MONTHS to do on shower as she was having to use peoples cars to get back and forth? Not licensed and not insured? She was super sweet, and although wasn’t credentialed properly, probably put more effort in than a lot of the stuff that was going on here.

Let’s not get starting on the plumbing issues we have battled in this house. Not one room with operable plumbing was done properly. I could go on and on.
