The work preformed was of below average quality. I would not recommend hiring this contractor. This contractor did a sub standard "patch job", instead of a professional repair that required full replacement to match. This contractor did not have his own equipment to complete the job and required the use of my ladder to complete. In hindsight this was the first red flag. I called to try and resolve the issue with the contractor and was given excuses and an argument. Money was not so much the issue, more so that this contractor could not recognize that the repair he completed was not acceptable or aesthetically pleasing. Either he does not take pride in his work, or he just wanted a quick paycheck. Unable to rectify the issue he was paid the original fee, that he "worked hours on preparing paperwork contracts." I asked him to never return to my property. If you take pride in your home and are looking for an experienced and professional contractor, look elsewhere.
Hired Walter Lee Bordeaux to install a 6ft private vinyl white fence, he required 50% up front payment. Once paid I did not see him until I called several times. He came out to try and install a wooden fence claiming it was what I asked for. It’s been since June 2021 and he has yet to refund all of my hard earned money. I’m disgusted and disappointed and had to get another company to do the install. After I hired a lawyer, He agreed to begin paying me back for the work he never did, but has since refused to pay back the remainder funds. I’m filing a law suit and submitting a DPOR complaint as well. Use this company at your own risk. Ensure you include terms in any contract with him that identifies what you’d want should he not provide competent, professional services or damages your property etc. Learn from my mistake and protect you and your interests.
