The old hag that answers the phone needs to take some classes in CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have never been talked to so rudely and negatively for asking a couple basic rug cleaning questions... I will not be taking my rugs here, I'd rather buy new than give this company my money. SO RUDE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! JUST BC YOU HATE YOUR JOB DOESN'T MEAN YOU TAKE IT OUT ON POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!

Two years after taking several rugs to Scott I had to have another rug cleaned. The same professional and quality service is still their standard today as it was then. If you need a rug cleaned and done right then Scott is the only place in Hampton Roads to take your rugs.

I used your service about 25 years ago. You picked up the area rug and kept me informed on the status of your progress. When I received my rug back, it looked and smelled brand new.

Great prices, fast service, very commutative. We had a rug with some pet stains. Scott’s was up front that som may not come out without damaging the fiber. It all depends on the type of stains and how ‘set’ they are. 95% of stains were removed and the remaining few were reduced and barely visible. Very happy with the service.

Scott Rug Cleaners were absolutely terrific. Picked up the 8 by 10 rug and returned it a week later. Cost was $250 which included the crew moving the furniture to pick up and return the rug. Recommend them highly. Will definitely use again.
