Be aware if they want to hire you for your services. James Melton (the owner) will hire you, talk poorly about the people he hired before you (red flag), have you produce the work and then tell you that you're not good enough and will go back to the first contractor that he had just talked poorly about. He will tell you that he values relationships, and will promise to pay for the work performed, and then will ghost you completely. Do not trust him, and if you do, charge 100% up front before doing the work.

Worst thing you could do is hire this company and expect them to do their job. Please don’t waste your time. They will disappoint you

He was so kind to help us out on a short notice, short term situation, and he is the only person on my list if our permanent person ever needs help again. Not only was he able to keep up with our demanding schedule, he also provided excellent service, and ALWAYS with a smile! I never had to worry if something wasn't completed, the cleanliness was obvious, and he also charged a fair price. I truly appreciate someone who takes the time to understand our practice needs and take care of them so well!
