Had an awful experience with this company for an apartment cleaning. We scheduled the cleaning and the day it was supposed to happen no one showed up. We called the company and they simply said they hadn't been able to contact their own employee either. So we set up a new appointment for today and I had an employee wait at the complex. The appointment was for 10 AM, and at 10:15 no one was there. I called the service line and no one answered for 20 minutes, so I told my employee to go. Finally someone called at 1 PM asking to be let in. Definitely wouldn't use this company again.

Clark Professional Cleaning was hired to do a COVID-19 cleaning on our church. Mr. Clark was very knowledgeable, on time and clear communication. Great customer service. Mr. Clark took the time to explain the process. The cleaning was outstanding!!!

David, the owner of the company, came to do the service at our home himself. He arrived on time, in uniform and ready to get to the task at hand. He thoroughly assessed our needs and got right to work without delay. The job was completed in a timely manner and we were VERY pleased with the result. This is the second school year completed using Clark Professional Cleaning at London Bridge Baptist Preschool. To say it was a challenging school year is an understatement! However, the least challenging obstacle this year in the midst of a global pandemic was keeping our preschool clean, disinfected and safe. Clark Professional Cleaning over exceeded my expectations as a cleaning company. They were able to meet the school's budget without diminishing the quality of work they do. They pay close attention to detail and are aware of the easiness of germ spreading by children. The chemicals they use include Covid killing disinfectants, environmentally friendly solutions and scent-free cleaning products. With 100 students at London Bridge Baptist Preschool, we were able to safely stay in school ALL school year. No doubt, with the help of our cleaning company. The owner, David Clark, and I have built a close relationship over the past two years. I am comfortable bringing any and all concerns to him and, likewise, He checks in on us regularly to make sure all is well. I am happy to say that with all the other tasks at hand as a Director, I have not had to put time or effort into worrying about the cleanliness of our preschool.
