Great service, very friendly, prompt and organized. Will keep you up to date and current with yearly reminders, engaged service, and great preventative maintenance. No reason to look anywhere else.

Not very impressed with this establishment. Try the hardware store across the street before you walk in here. They aren’t very accommodating or friendly.

Please don’t go here.
I went to this store to get some stuff from my project.
Was mu first time here looking around to see what they got and getting familiar with the store.Unfortunately customer service is very bad and unprofessional.

I love this place. They always have what I need and have saved me numerous trips to Home Depot. They are always helpful anytime I have questions or need advice. Support small local businesses!

Horrible customer service!!!! I was trying to find a specific part I even brought it in, the gentleman was very rude, I don’t know anything about plumbing I was just asking if he had the piece. He was very nasty!! I will not recommend this place. They need to learn better customer service especially if someone doesn’t know about plumbing.

Owner is a jackass, has a horrible attitude. While I was there for a whole 2 minutes I heard him talk down to a female customer as if she was stupid. No idea how this place is in business. Word of advice cross the street and go to trustworthy hardware.

This is awesome. Can't say it enough. The guy behind the counter (I think his name is jack) come around the counter and actually help you find what need . They'll tell you everything you need know about plumbing. I went there a few years ago on a sunday and the owner rebuilt a hose spicket for me come to find out he wasn't even open he came in to grab something and he took the time to help me.

This guy is as unprofessional as they come. He was rude and laughed at the fact that he sold me a defective part. I have NEVER been treated like this in my life. Anywhere you can go besides this place will be your best bet(tru value across the street). I could use more creative terms to describe this fool but I will refrain!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Guy at counter was very condescending. And tried to get loud when told he was being rude but was all talk. Owner is a old grump guy who should just stay home if he doesn't want to be at work. Very rude. O ok. I will for sure make sure to stop back by.

This is my go-to for any plumbing projects and answers to any questions. Very convenient being across from Bayview Hardware store. If one place can't help, the other one can. They work together to get your jobs completed!

Knowledge staff, good prices! Been going here for years and literally walk in with a video or picture of a plumbing issue on my phone and they will show me what I need and tips how to change it myself. From water lines to toilet valves they got what you need. 👍

The owner of this business also represented himself as someone who is a plumbing contractor, whom we secured to fix a ruptured pipe in the water line servicing our home. He charged an enornmous amount of money for about 1 and 1/2 days work of which he hired out to 2 guys to dig up the lawn. Once the lawn was dug up, it only took about 15-20 minutes to repair the pipe and then it was covered back up. We were told it would be done so that it would look like the sod had not been removed - well it was awful and still is - there were holes that i twisted my ankle in and I saw many more. He charged approximately $180 per hour to do this work for about a day and a half.

No experience with the services they offer, but the plumbing store is convenient. Not a browsing type store but if you quickly need a plumbing part, it's a quick in and out. Parts are pricey due to convenience but great small business to have nearby.
