The owner of this store is rude and needs to learn how to talk to people and act more professional when getting his point across. Definitely needs anger management. And yes, the supplies in this store are way overpriced. I am surprised they are still in business. Save your time and money and go across the street. Their much nicer and know good customer service.

Needed a garden faucet repair for a neighbors duplex as the existing faucet was no longer available. Replacement would have been more than we were looking for at the time. The faucet leaked as soon as the water was turned on. Express Plumbing pulled out a section of graphite string and instructed me to the simple procedure of using it in hopes it would work. Took several adjustments on the faucet collar and shaft but it worked great. Would recommend Express Plumbing 10/10. They are right across the street from Bayview Hardware which pointed me to them and Bayview Hardware is a 10/10 also.

Finally had enough of the grumpy and irrational clerk. No longer a customer.... And to respond to store's lie below. I was disrespected the entire time I was there. He was huffing and sighing as if my very simple issue was impossible - but I kept positive. And at check out there was a discrepancy over $3. I brought it up super politely. He argued and kept getting angrier. I finally had enough of the insanity. I will never go there again. His bad day equalled a lost customer and a good attempt at ruining my day, which I didn't let happen.

These people are knowledgeable and know what they're doing and know exactly what to get If you don't know what to get. Outstanding service

This was close to my house so I decided to give it a shot for a missing part for my project. I called the store before heading out to make sure they have what I need. After confirming that it is available, I went there and when I mentioned what I need, it's already on the counter waiting for me even without telling him to hold it for me. He only got one piece ready and when I told him I need 2, he grabbed me another one without hesitation. It was a very convenient experience for me so I'm giving it 5 star. Even the price for the item I bought was slightly cheaper than bigger hardware stores so I am happy about it too.

Apparently I’m not the only one that’s had a bad customer service experience at this establishment. The older man is very condescending. I told him I needed a water heater thermocouple. He asked 18” or 24”, to which I said I wasn’t sure. He actually looked at the floor tiles and “mansplained” to me that two of the tiles together was 24”. No kidding! Seriously, who does that? I let him know quickly that I knew what 24”’ looked like, I simply wasn’t positive which length my particular water heater required. Although, I did have the make and model number but he showed no interest in looking it up. Will not be giving them my business in the future. And just in case he reads this, I did fix the water heater all by my little self. (Insert condescending tone).

Great guy.. Does awesome and timely work at a fair price... I haven't met a plumber with a better attitude or professional aptitude toward his work. Truly a rare find! I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing repairs done right the first time. Thanks for all the work Jack! It's was truly a pleasure doing business with you!

I am not a plumber, but I am licensed in the trades. I needed to replace a diverter valve in my mom's shower. The owner was very helpful. I brought in the old part. That part was out of stock, but they were able to refurbish the existing one for considerably less than the cost of a new one and gave me explicit tips on pitfalls for the reinstallation. Great! Right?... I take the part home, follow advice, and the valve will not seat properly, thus it cannot open all the way, i.e. did not fix the problem. Rather than breaking something, I admit defeat and return to the store, explain the problem and put in a service request. The owner notified the serviceman and he showed up a couple hours later. Same day service. Also great! Right?... I ask if I can watch, so I can learn what I was doing wrong. He allows it. Turns out the plastic washers were incorrect, i.e. they did not refurbish the part correctly. They still charged a full $200 (min) when the location is less mile from the shop & it was a 10 minute fix. They did not caulk the hole or bother to rinse the tub. If you are a plumber or they have an exact replacement part in stock, this place is probably great. If you are trying to save money by fixing something yourself, rely on the expertise of others, or need a part refurbished, I would search elsewhere. They did ultimately fix the problem though.

Side-note: the cash register has a sticker claiming that Biden is responsible for why I had to pay so much of my dosh-gone-hard earned American dollars today... Cute

I have running water and continue my voyage, because Express Plumbing had the exact fittings this boater needed.

I had a narrow smaller dishwasher I wanted to convert into a portable one. I was having a hard time with the connections. He was able to figure out the connection problem (which was not a traditional connection) in a couple of minutes. Saved me time and frustration and had parts the hardware stores do not, and that weren't coming up in internet searches. I am truly grateful and reminded why everything shouldn't come from online

I appreciated the owner and other employees taking their time to help and educate me. I had two leaking/worn out water spigot stems I was trying to refurbish on my own with fresh packing/washers. Sets screws started crumbling away so I stopped in with the parts to try and replace the stem. Owner was straight forward and kind enough to explain it’s not a part they carry but can rebuild the stems for a fair price. Same day and about an hour later it was done and ready for pick up. I really appreciate that they took the time work help and work with me on my situation. I’m just a Millennial first time home owner trying to teach myself the trade skills that are hard to come by these days and take care of my ‘50s home. I understand this business is probably more for the contractor plumbing supply, but it’s still nice that I, as an individual could come in and get assistance from a local business.
