woke up to a real mess on Sunday morning.....Plant Plumming came within the hour, fixed the sewer line and did a wonderful job.....technician was very nice and efficient...couldn't ask for better service.

Tonight me and my three kids are at a hotel room because the owner jack I suppose couldn’t wait ten minutes for me to get fast food for my kids because he turned all my water off and left for two hours to get parts which I had no issue with aside from the fact that we can’t cook, poop, or wash our hands. So as I’m leaving to go right at the corner to get food for my kids from McDonald’s he pulls up and I told him I would be right back and I even called his cell and said it would take ten minutes tops. He then yelled saying he wasn’t waiting I was rude etc? Rude how when I’ve been waiting over two hours with a headache and low sugar and hungry kids because I can’t prepare dinner with no water and I didn’t know when he would return because he ignored my text. I was gonna turn around but he left I thought he would be able to understand I could see if I was going to be long and it wasn’t for food. I waited all afternoon for this man to come to my place from 1pm until 3:00 and then another two hours for him to find parts. All I did was call the rent office asking was there a way for me to turn the water back on they said no so I waited another hour and I decided to make a quick run because I wasn’t sure how long he would be so as I’m pulling off I see him and notify him not wanting to force him to turn the water back on and hold him up from working I decide to make a fast food run for the kids. There was no telling how long it would take to fix the plumbing issue. This man has the absolute most horrible customer service I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or what but it left me in tears not to mention my land lord was a total evil witch about it and I pay my rent faithfully never been late. This was a horrible experience. I am now at a hotel with my three kids because he refused to come back and turn the water on. He just left I even apologized but he was so cold hearted he didn’t care or reply to the text. My husband is still at work while all this is taking place we have no water to bathe brush our teeth or anything not even cold water. So I had no choice but to spend money I don’t have for a room, last time I checked leaving someone without water is illegal. I’d like to also note when he came to my home I asked him was the temperature ok would he like a water etc and he would turn around and treat me this way. God has the last say

I gave them 2 stars for showing up. Had a kitchen faucet that was broken and needed to know if it needed to be replaced or could be replaced. He informed me I needed a new faucet and charged me $168.00 and went on his way. Ludicrous!

If you need any plumbing done these are the guys to go with. Jack and his guys were knowledgeable, honest, efficient and the work they did was top notch. Glad I found them and will be sticking with them for future plumbing.

TLDR: Rude & never showed up. Guy on the phone sounded disgruntled at life in general and was pretty rude, so I had a hunch when I originally called to make an appointment that these folks were going to be a problem. Against my better judgment, I made the appointment anyways because a friend had recommended them. Sure enough, they never even showed up. I even called to confirm the day before. I took off work to be home during the morning time block they specified so they didn't just waste my time, they wasted one of my sick days. If you can't even trust these jokers to show up when they say they will, how can you trust them to do decent work? I hope this review saves someone else a headache.

Alex, super nice guy. Repair my main cut off valve in 20 minutes and help me fix a faucet in a minute for free. Amazing.
