Called one company (franchise) they came out spent a whole day, couldn’t find any sewer clean out connections and left with the home still clogged, was given a card for you from a local business, Planet Plumbing arrived found a clean out within minutes, found a second one and had it fixed in 30-40 minutes! Highly recommended, great crew with experience and very informative! Thank you Planet Plumbing! ( I never really leave reviews, but I had to after this great first experience.)

Jack always does a good job, and gets to it within a day. No long wait times. Just charges by the hour, no paying for him to show up and then give you some ridiculous price

The owner Jack Reed has been helping us for 10+ years with some tough issues with plumbing, leaks, and most recently a water heater install. I am leaving this review for several reasons. I knew I could trust Jack and his team when we had a plumber come that wanted to tear out our existing bathroom tile to replace a part in the shower handle and I thought that can't be that difficult and way too much work? I asked Jack to come and look for a second opinion and of course he was able to replace one part without tearing into the wall. So we gained much respect for him and his team that day. Since then they have always showed up when we needed them and even when I have been in panic mode they have assured me it will get done. They only do the work that is needed and never talk you into doing anything that is not. We appreciate Jack, the owner, Jack and Luke his sons for being so kind and patient with us. If you want a plumbing team you can trust start here first!

Im staying at a hotel and there are not alot of parking places probably one for each room and go out to eat come back and a superior plumbing inc van is taking up two spots very inconsiderate. I had to park more than a block away which makes things harder for me since my grandparents are here visiting wish i could add a photo to show so you could see my frustration

They were great to deal with! Made a phone call and had someone to my house as quickly as the situation required. Friendly, efficient, service and I will call them next time I have an issue.

I called with a drain issue and they came out next day and fixed our problem. He even swapped our input lines to the sink because they were backwards. Excellent service. Would recommend.

The lady working in this company called and asking to pay my bills but instead of saying ina nice way she is nuts and the way she talk is just like demanding. I know I owed them but I am not planning to runaway for my bills , but instead I am asking her if I can pay installment since I can’t afford to pay the whole amount. But she talked a lot and she is yelling on me and treaten me a lot. Very rude

Superior Plumber has worked on my homes and commercial properties regularly over the past 30 years. I found them reliable, quality work and fair pricing for services provided.

They weren’t very helpful when my warranty company assigned them to me. Didn’t fix my problem and didn’t accept the work order because they didn’t think that they were going to get paid. When I explain to them that the concern they had was already taken care of they refused to give me another reason why they didn’t want to help me out and just hung up the phone
