The real estate company I rent from send these men out to fix various issues. Jacuzzis, toilets,etc. Very quick and pleasant service every time. If they have to order parts I normally have to only wait a day or 2 and they are back. I have not had any problems with anything they have fixed and even though my Jacuzzi is kind of old they still managed to get a hold of the correct parts. Awesome service

We discovered about 2 inch’s of water in our crawl space while doing change of weather check up.I called around and decided after several recommendations We chose Planet Plumbing.They were extremely professional explained the whole process of what needed to be done.Two hours later every thing was cleaned and we are good to go.I checked everything out afterwards and the work is awesome and very clean.I highly recommend Planet Plumbing!!!

Outrageous price. $168 labor to do a minor repair on a leaking water line. $8 in parts. Outrageous. 20 minutes at the house. Don't waste your hard owned money on this outfit. Jack Reed thinks his prices are low. What a joke.

Planet plumbing responded quickly to a main sewer line blockage. They were professional, experienced and flushed the system in less than 15 minutes. Also cleared the tub drain. In and out in less than an hour and price very reasonable! Extremely pleased with the company and the end result. Will definitely call on them in the future.

First time dealing with them - they completed a dishwasher install that someone else wasn't able to complete. I believe the fee was very fair.

Also, Robert and Jack (son) were very professional and helpful!

I will definitely use them again.

I hired Planet Plumbing to temporarily disconnect a portion of my plumbing in order to have repairs completed in my crawl space. I also needed a leak repair. Alex was the technician and knew exactly what needed to be done. Thank you!

Alex was excellent. So knowledgeable. Knew exactly what the problem was. Also mentioned a couple other things we were concerned about. He went right to it and knew the problem and it was corrected immediately! What a refreshing young man, professional and polite!

I have know Jack and his wife for years. Jack's work ethic is top notch. His people are polite, right to the point and do the job right the first time. He and his people do not overcharge. They come when they say they will come. The do not do things, just to charge you money. I have always and will always give Jack a GREAT recommendation and refer him to everyone I know. I am a property manager and have been working with Jack, the owner of Planet Plumbing for almost 2 years. He is very quick to take care of our tenants and he even suggests more efficient ways to handle a job, which my owners really love. He has been a great plumber to work with and he has great communication. It's very hard to find a good, QUALITY contractors and I consider Jack and his team at Planet Plumbing to be the best.

Alex was on time, polite, friendly, solved the drain problem fairly quickly, and cleaned everything beautifully when done. First time I've called Planet Plumbing but it is now my go to IF there is plumbing problem again!

I called Jack at PLANET PLUMBING on a Monday after our water heater stopped working on Sunday. He had his guys at our home that day. They did their best to get it to relight, to no avail. Parts had to be ordered from Home Depot under warranty. They were overnighted to me, and when I called Jack, he got his guys back out. Turns out, this model year of GE gas water heater gas has a lockout mechanism that Jack knew about and after the parts were replaced, he made the necessary adjustment to make the unit work again. Kudos to PLANET PLUMBING for their diligence to making this unit work again. We will continue to utilize them, whenever the need arises. Thanks Jack, Rob, and Josh. I edited this a little while ago because I saw that I was repetitious. The work was actually done a little more than 2 years ago.

Their staff from the receptionist to the installers to the prices have been very reasonable and accommodating.

Planet Plumbing did a fantastic job in repairing a waterline leak to my residence. My technician, Alex, was courteous and made sure the job was done right. He even helped with information on an unrelated question I had about my toilet. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I was in a bind with having an old refrigerator removed and new one installed. I couldn’t get anyone to come out the Friday before a holiday weekend. I happened to call Planet Plumbing and they arrived within the hour. Jack arrived and instantly knew what to do. He was familiar with the condo and knew where everything was located.
