The best in the business HVAC and plumbing company around. Basically this is the go to warehouse for the entire Hampton Roads area. They have anything and everything you could need. These guys are top-of-the-line

If you dont go there regularly than you are not welcome. The counter guys are rude and pretentious. If they knew everything then why are they not in the field. They dont have to be that way. The one on baxter in vb is way better.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. Got pretty much all you need on hand or can have it fast.

The workers don't speak when you come inside they curse while assisting customers they didn't want to help and they were loud with there none work conversation

Needed a sloan rebuild kit for a commercial toilet, Ferguson had the parts in stock. Sakes associate was friendly and professional.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me solve my plumbing issue! Buying a replacement tank here was much cheaper than installing a whole new toilet!

I drove all the way to Baxter because Google says it’s open till five. If you’re going to close at four update, google. I might know this if I spent more time there but I don’t like waiting 45 minutes to an hour for parts. I don’t understand how every other plumbing supply house in Hampton Roads can get you out the door in 10 minutes with 1/10 of the staff.

Good selection, but do your best to avoid talking to Nick at counter sales - everyone else seemed polite and happy, but this dude seemed legitimately annoyed that he had to deal with me. He found the parts I needed, but took a dump on my good mood in the process.

Can park in the street on Henneman but use the FedEx entrace around the corner to get to Fergusons docks. I delivered water heaters here. Full trailer @ 1.5 hours. People are super nice.

Tee stayed late to ensure that he found the right part number so I could fix my toilet. It was an old part that was not in stock, so he gave excellent recommendations to find the part quickly. My wife and I thank Tee and will be back to Ferguson if we have future plumbing issues!

On Today March 3, 2026 at approximately 1:24 PM on I-264 near the 17A exit, one of your company drivers operated in an extremely aggressive and dangerous manner.

As we approached the exit, the driver intentionally cut directly in front of my vehicle while I was preparing to merge safely. His actions forced me to brake suddenly to avoid being pushed into the guardrail. This was not a normal merge — it was reckless and could have caused a serious accident.

I sounded my horn multiple times to alert the driver, yet he continued driving aggressively and merged whenever he felt like it without regard for surrounding traffic.

I was operating my company pest control truck, which is equipped with a dash camera. The entire incident was recorded.

This behavior was dangerous, unnecessary, and unacceptable. I expect this matter to be addressed internally before someone is seriously injured.
