Crew were on time, professional, courteous, and friendly. The job they did was amazing. We love it !!
Our house was built in 1960 and STILL had that horrid "pink flamingo" color scheme in the BR. The bright pink with black trim in 5" ceramic tile on all four walls and a free standing sink with NO vanity. - The difference is amazing, and affordable.

We’re really happy with the final outcome of our primary bathroom renovation by Bath Planet of Richmond. The finished space looks great and turned out just the way we hoped. The team that worked on it was incredibly polite, professional, and nice throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure having them in our home, and we truly appreciate their attention to detail and respectful attitude. Thank you for a job well done!

Mel and Chris were very professional and considerate during the entire installation. They answered all my questions and did a wonderful job ensuring to ask questions of my preference for location of shower valve, faucet, shelves, etc. They did quality work aMd I am confident what is behind the shower walls vs what had been done initially. So grateful I went this route. Looks like a tile shower but much easier maintenance. Thank you!! Bath Planet was wonderful. They were prompt and got the job done. We had a couple of delays due to health issues not the company! But job got done and it’s beautiful. I have included before and after photos. Thank you Bath Planet!

Everything was perfect from start to end. I had my master bathroom redone including adding more space for the shower. They worked with me through the whole project. Now I have a perfect bathroom that is functional.

Tracie Stern, Barbara and Mike they really came to assist me in my time of need. A company came in and performed work and after about a week or so I noticed floor damage and started seeing mold. I called in another company to remove the mold and water damage. I had Bathplanet come out and show me some designs and I couldn’t be more pleased they did an Exceptional job, from start to finish working with all those involved who I named. The installer was kind, considerate, preformed his job in a very professional like manner, when he was finished cleaned up everything everything was working except for the shower was leaking water but that was no fault of his at all. I just wanted to say thank you for sending an employee like him out he was very good of you thank you he did a great job

The team from Bath Planet did an extraordinary job in remodeling two bathrooms in my home. The General Manager, Tracie Stern, was exacting and professional in detailing the full work package. She was patient and extremely helpful in selecting the designs I wanted. When am unexpected glitch arose, the company shouldered the expense to assure our comfort during the demolition phase. All the professional teams, i.e., demolition, electrical, plumbing and installation were top of the line. They were always on time, meticulously cleaned up their mess daily, and totally courteous! Throughout the entire project, Tracie and the teams were careful to include my husband and I in on all detail decisions. Even with a few changes to the original plan, the job was completed on-time.
