Martin did a fantastic job removing trees and grinding stumps at my home. His crew was professional and efficient. I highly recommend them for trees service.

Mack came and gave me an estimate 600 dollars cheaper than anyone else. He was very smart and very friendly. He pruned the american elm in my front yard and also brought his excavator and dump truck to clean out my back yard which had 6 tree of heavens and trash from the previous owner! This is the 3rd time I have used Call Tree Service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Call Tree Service last week. We had a large leaning oak tree that was looming over our neighbors house and patio that I've wanted to get rid of for a few years. I put in calls to half a dozen tree services and Mac from Call Tree Services called me back right away and was able to swing by to look over the site the next day. I I also wanted to thin out the number of trees in our yard. Mac was great at helping to identify which trees were diseased and a potential threat to falling on our house. They removed 6 trees total at a very reasonable rate.

The ground was saturated after a rain so they were unable to bring in the bucket truck. It was incredible to watch the three-man-team work, one man up at the top of the tree and two on the ground. I was worried about taking down the tree over the neighbors yard without damaging any of their property. They guys cut and roped those huge limbs to the ground right where they wanted them. They were so fast I could barely keep up with them as I was digging up flowers that we wanted to preserve.

Everyone was professional, friendly and very considerate. Mac even through in some free pruning on two trees while they were on site. I noted that the tree climber didn't use his spikes on the trees we were keeping, but just used ropes and rappelled his way up and down.

Rose in the office was very good at communicating with us and sending copies of the estimate, certificate of insurance and Hanover contractor's license. I highly recommend.

The trees even look healthier and happy after their trimming and shaping. This team delivered beyond expectation! Nice to find good people who do great work.

We have called on Mack and Rose of Call Tree Service several times over the past ten years. Living in a heavily wooded area, we've had many large trees that needed to be trimmed or taken down. When we were unsure of the fate of a tree, we knew we could get an honest assessment from Mack based on his many years of experience. Most recently, a tree that was damaged by a lightening strike was dying and needed to come down quickly. The tree was near power lines and a very large limb was clearly dead and leaning to the lines. Mack and Rose were a strong team as they advocated for us to get clearance from Dominion Power's tree division. Mack and his tree service team carefully brought down the tree quickly and safely, ground the stump and cleared out all of the tree debris. Call Tree Service is prompt and professional and we highly recommend them for any tree work in their service area.

We have been happy to work with Mack and team several times since we moved here in 2004. He has always been prompt in his communication and service. He’s shown great skill and knowledge about the health of trees and in removing them; for example, he told me I was too late in the season for the pruning of a cherry tree, which, to me, demonstrates his honesty, being a businessman who cares about his work, not necessarily the immediate financial gain. For the above reasons, we’ll definitely stay with Mack and Rose and everyone at Call Tree Service.

I was VERY satisfied with the professionalism and the job that Clean Cuts did. Not only was the price spot on, the workers were friendly and courteous. This team is so professional. They worked seamlessly together, which is extremely important in such a dangerous profession. The cuts were clean, and when they went to bring the branch down, it was very controlled and almost graceful. With any tree removal, the yard had many sticks in beds and on the ground. They spent almost as much time cleaning, as they did removing the tree. We had 2 trees removed. One had been struck by lightning 10 years ago and showed signs of rotting at the base. It was over 100 ft tall, and out estimate 80 years old (I counted 95 rings), a big tree. They did that the first day. The 2nd tree was not nearly as old, but in a finished bed with flag stone around it. They were respectful of the bed, did not damage or disturb the flag stone and cleaned the whole yard of debris. We only had the larger of the 2 trees stump removed. They took care not to go so deep that it would damage the roots of the tree next to where it had been. I was amazed at the care and the beautiful quality of the equipment, bucket truck, stump grinder, limb shreader, and clean up equipment. If I ever have a need for tree removal, I would never hesitate to use them in the future.

Willie and his crew did a great job removing a huge, mostly dead tree from my yard. I am happy with how professional and efficient they were. They had the right equipment to keep everyone safe in the process. I'm very pleased and would hire them again.

We used this service in June of 2023; they were recommended by a friend of mine who works for Chesterfield County. The owners name is Willie, and when he came to give an estimate had all his ducks in a row– which was refreshing to say the least! We had a two services stop by who had “miraculously heard” that we were looking for a tree service (my B.S. radar went into afterburner with those two! 🙄) before contacting Clean Cuts; each of them did about a three or four minute walk around and said about the same thing: “Our trucks aren’t full yet, so we’ll give you a special price! Just today though!” 😬🙄😆 No break down of price or services- so we escorted them off the property, RFN!

Willie came and did a 30 min evaluation, left his card with the quote, (very reasonable too!) a blank service contract for us to look at, ALL his insurance info and phone numbers for verification- and told us to look at all the info, feel free to contact the insurance companies, and look at his website to check reviews. We did just that, and all was good to go! Just a few days later the work was finished, clean up was completed followed by a walk-around with him to check the and all limbs and trimmings were completely removed. He wouldn’t leave until my wife and I were totally satisfied!

• FYI: He ended up taking 4 medium sized trees down along with 3 very large trees (approximately 280 feet tall) down at a GREAT price, including removing of all trash, limbs and leaves. We’d use him and his crew in a heartbeat if we ever need any tree service done again!! We give him and his crew a 100% recommendation!

I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the work provided by Clean Cuts Tree Service, Inc. They were there within two days to trim several limbs from near my house. I was not at home while they were there to do the work and they even removed several limbs that would have been a problem very soon. The price was reasonable and cleanup was excellent. Will highly recommend them to anyone needing a tree service company.
