The Clean Cuts Tree Service LLC owners and crews are fantastic. We requested a quote to remove multiple very large oak and pine limbs from extremely tall trees over the houseand street. The quote was very reasonable for the work and clean up required, especially since it also required special equipment. The crew arrived on time, ready to work and got going immediately. They were professional and very safety conscious, especially when working on the heavy limbs over the house. It was fascinating to watch them work! They all worked as a cohesive team, and when they moved to the over-the-street heavy limbs (half a tree really), they made sure they controlled the minor traffic, and ensured pedestrian and car safety. They cleaned up the entire area very well after all cutting was done. From start to finish, our experience with Clean Cuts was GREAT! We highly recommend them.

My husband reached out and Willie, the owner, reached back out immediately then came the next day for an appraisal. He was knowledgeable about the trees and was able to make suggestions based on growth pattern and presentation of the trees. We opted for 2 very large oak trees and 2 smaller pines to come down, trimming of one tree leaning over the house, and grinding of 4 stumps. His prices were extremely fair, and we loved the promptness with his outreach which is why we went with Clean Cuts Tree Services. He was able to come out within 1.5 weeks for the service. The company had good communication with my husband, arrived on time this morning, and was able to get the job done fast and efficiently with his team. A few of the trees were close to the house, and I didn’t have to worry at all about their skills which was reassuring. They were able to clean up the sticks and leaves, and they hauled off the large tree trunks themselves.

Willie pointed out squirrel nests which was a concern of mine, but luckily none of the trees being cut had them. For those concerned, he said they have a local animal rehabber they’re in contact with for any instances of animals in trees that they cut down.

Our payment was via credit card which was convenient for us, but there is a 4% service fee he cannot control when using a credit card. Payment via check was an option too that he offered.

We will absolutely reach back out to Clean Cuts for other tree services in the future.

Brian and team did a great job removing a very large maple tree in my backyard as well as a dead cherry tree. He also worked in a very tight space. I would highly recommend Brian and his Cambium tree team again.

New to RVA but have a lot of experience working with arborists and I was so impressed with the skill of Brian and his crew today. They cut down a dying 20" base diameter oak in my garden without damaging anything around it. They trimmed dead limbs and pruned around power lines without impacting any of my dense plantings, cleaned up everywhere they worked, best of all - left me a nice pile of fresh chips for my garden and two sitting stumps for our patio. They will be my go-to team for all future tree work.

Brian is a true professional...not a guy with a truck and a chain saw. He is timely and will try his best to save your trees. Removals are clean, and his guys are as equally impressive. Best of all, his prices are better than much less qualified companys..great website, very user friendly.

I had two trees that needed to be removed. David from Cambium came out and quickly provided an estimate. We agreed to go ahead and removal was scheduled right away. Follow-up and communication were top notch all the way through. David's crew removed the trees quickly, but what was most impressive was the cleanup they did afterwards. All that was left behind was two stumps (which we had agreed upon beforehand.) Even most of the sawdust was gone! The same day a neighbor had a tree removed by a different company, and a week later their front yard and sidewalk are still a mess of sticks and sawdust. If I had any more trees left, I wouldn't hesitate to call Cambium again.

I have used Cambium Tree Service in the past and they do great, quick work and are very, very competitive when it comes to pricing. They take the time to meet you at your location if needed and give it to you straight on their pricing and how they stack up to the competition. I was referred by a co-worker and have referred them to others. A referral can be the biggest complement since you don't refer companies to others if you don't like their work. Keep it up! ...or down if you need a tree removed. Sorry bad joke!

We reached out to Cambium for a quote and David came out the same day. We immediately felt comfortable and confident that these were the right folks for the job. They had to remove a section of our fence to access the tree and put it back into place securely. Overall, great experience and will use them again.

After moving into an established neighborhood with a lot of big old trees we asked for recommendations for a good tree service from neighbors on our community FB page. We got estimates from 3 companies, and chose Cambium. They were communicative, prompt, professional, efficient, and kindly answered all of our questions throughout the process. We had several tress cut down, all other (many!) trees trimmed and our fruit trees pruned. The team worked together like a well-oiled machine, and got it all done and cleaned up in one day. Cambium removed 4 large trees with grinding the stumps, and pruned several others on my property. They arrived on time, and completed the work the same day. Their quote was $1000 less than the next closest bid (which did not include stump grinding). I would recommend Cambium for fair prices, and quality service.

Cambium beat out all other quotes for 3 large trees. They did an excellent job removing the trees which were located closely to my house and a neighbors fence. If looking for a fair price and quality service this is the company to choose.

Brian and his team were great. They removed a 90'+ tree that was located about 5' from the back of our house in the city (they also had to navigate around power/cable lines). It took them about 1 week to complete the work, including grinding the stump and disposal of the debris. Before they left each day, they put our fence back up and cleaned their working area. Brian is easy to work with and professional. His prices are very competitive compared to many of the other companies we got quotes from. We recommend Brian and Cambium to anyone who asks!

Working with Cambium was a great experience from start to finish. David Wilkinson came out for an estimate within 24 hours of being contacted and wrote up the estimate right there, sending to my email inbox immediately. The estimate was so competitive (which included pruning and tree + stump removal) that I was a little unsure of what I would get. I was delighted when Brian (the owner and arborist) and crew showed up. Everyone was very professional with all the necessary equipment and finished the job quickly, cleaning up afterwards so well that you couldn't tell they had been there. Brian has a great personality and was kind to answer my millions of questions. You can quickly tell he has a wealth of knowledge about not only trees, but all plants as well.

I had a difficult job for them with very large trees that needed removed that were near my house and on a hill. I thought they would need all kinds of trucks with buckets that would tear up our lawn but they showed up with an impressive amount of rope and climbing equipment and the owner confidently dropped the trees exactly where he needed to. They had smaller equipment to help lift and load the trees. They even did a great clean up job.
