Zero stars. They gave my pants to someone else and then a month later told me they could not find it again after I gave them a second chance. My full review is on Yelp. Horrible service, do not recommend.

How difficult is it to NOT put creases in flat-fronted slacks? Riviera has failed at this simple task multiple times now for us. The yellow printout clearly states No Crease per my instructions when dropping them off, but yet again I get 4 pair back with creases.
“Not a big deal..” “See, the person doing them didn’t see this..” “It won’t be permanent..” is what I get in response.

Guess what...for almost all of the paints they have messed up, the crease IS permanent. Fabric, especially blended fabric, has memory and those lines do not go away.

Not much of a reviewer, and the first 3 or so times, when it was one pair out of many, I just sucked it up. This time, only dropped off 4 pairs of slacks, all flat-fronted, all No Crease...and all came back with creases.

Fix the process, follow your own instructions, or just tell your customers that we can only have our items pressed the way YOU want to press them..

The two young adults who work the front are extremely polite and friendly. I never have an issue with my clothes—they always come back clean and pressed nicely.

Wish I could give them a Negative 25 Stars! Don’t walk! Run from this store! Seriously! They lost my favorite winter work coat over a month ago in the middle of winter and continue to dodge my calls and visits. In fact, no one from management has reached out to me even once. It’s unbelievable and disgusting. They are such low lifes and leave their front desk people in such an awkward position. The best thing about the place is a lovely woman named Pilar who has bent over backwards trying to help me get through to them.

I’ve been going here for years. I moved to the city I still bring my clothes here. Thank you very giving great customer service!
