I am extremely happy with the quality of service provided by C. Thomas Cleaning Services. I had my carpets treated and cleaned yesterday and I honestly could not have asked for a better outcome. The technicians arrived as scheduled and took the time to thoroughly clean and treat my carpets and stairs. They were very professional and respectful. Very particular customer here but I can recommend C Thomas without reservation. Arrived on time, were meticulous in setting up, covering anything and everything that was in the path of hoses, etc, spent so much time on the cleaning (I’ve had others in and out in a fraction of the time for the same size job) and today after drying I can really appreciate that the carpets are CLEAN and don’t just have pretty vacuum lines.

Best cleaning company around! Hands down! I asked where their magic wands were. My dog got sick and had accidents all over. There were major spots and I used the wrong products which discolored the carpet. I knew there was no hope in restoring the carpet but I wanted it clean. They came in and worked literal magic! Outstanding job cleaning our filthy carpets. I’d tried a lot of different carpet cleaning companies because unfortunately, we had a dog who wasn’t house trained, and this service was by far the best. They spent many hours cleaning and I just can’t say enough good things.

C. Thomas and his wife Seritha were absolutely wonderful, not only a nice couple. But very professional and were extremely careful with my furniture and especially my hardwood floors. I have additional furniture to be cleaned and I plan to schedule with them next month. You will not be disappointed.
