It's too bad this place is so awful. The location is convenient for me. I picked up some items and two of them had creases pressed in where they shouldn't have been. So I made a trip back to have them redone. Now another trip, and they have recreased the wrong creases. I had to take them to another cleaners to be redone. The thing is, what they did didn't make sense to begin with. The wait times here are ridiculous. Understaffed and unprofessional.

This has been my go-to cuz they're cheap and convenient. But they are a little sloppy -- broken buttons, creases in weird places, excess starch in some spots. But most concering of all after my last visit there I had two very large fraudulent charges on my credit card the next two days. Suspicious. Luckily I have a good CC company that alerted me and will take care of it.

Have been very pleased with their drycleaning services but was surprised when I dropped off 8 items and was charged $28.00. I knew the price had gone up from $1.97 but had no idea it had jumped to $3.50. Still cheaper than other places but price increase notification would have been appreciated,

Super friendly & non corp America environment. Very few dry cleaners these days will consider dry cleaning curtains. Riviera was not only the exception but they also completed the work at a lower cost than expected on top of doing a fantastic job. I would highly recommend!

These guys are amazing. Got two suits cleaned for my 10 year old sons 5th grade graduation. They had the suits ready just a little over 24 hrs later . I will definitely visit this business again and recommend them for all your cleaning needs( within the scope of services that they offer)! Quality service for a fair price!

Like the previous reviewer, this used to be my favorite dry cleaners and persuaded several people to switch from Puritans. They shrunk a cashmere sweater so small it was like a child's size, which can only be done by washing or using extreme heat, and then lost a $1000 shirt. I provided special instructions for cleaning the inside of a coat and it came back like it hasn't even been cleaned - crunchy milk stains on the lining that should have been very easy to remove. Today I questioned why my winter coat was counted as 3 items and the woman said it's because it has 3 belts ... It has one belt and two wrist cinches. I've never seen such a pricing structure a d she was irritated that I asked her to cancel the transaction. I've had good customer service from the young gentlemen but the women have been largely blank stares and zero interest in resolving obvious concerns of damage, loss and pricing. My good will is gone and I would prefer to take my most treasured items to a place where I KNOW they will be cleaned properly, and any damage/loss will be addressed appropriately. This place might be fine for your basic workahirts and suits, but do not take anything designer or fragile (or "belted?")

Used to be my favorite place because they were inexpensive compared to others and offered faster service. I dropped off several Lilly Pulitzer dresses and received back with buttons missing, some buttons very loose, and it wasn’t dropped off that way. It was a brand new dress only worn once and I spent over $250 for that dress!!! Customer service by the girl working this morning (10/11/25) was sub par- didn’t seem to care and said I could look for the buttons myself in their giant box of missing buttons, but that was it. After today, I will no longer be using this dry cleaners. I’ll pay a little more to use the competition with friendlier service and more care for my items.

Carpet came very clean. Very friendly.
But I’ve never used a carpet cleaning company that didn't have their own water tank, using my water was a NO return for me. Carpet had a lingering mildew smell the next day.

I used CT Cleaning in preparation for selling a house. They did a thorough, deep clean that certainly helped get offers on the house on the first day. I was left so impressed with their work that I have scheduled to have them clean my new house on a regular basis. A great service at very fair prices.

C Thomas Cleaning performed tile and grout cleaning on our kitchen and bathroom floors. Both tile floors are nearly 30 years old, and over time the grout began to look very dingy. C Thomas made the floors look new, and they exceeded my hopes and expectations. They are friendly and professional, and I immediately booked them for carpet cleaning next month. I highly recommend them.

We recently had carpets cleaned in a new house we purchased in Chesterfield, VA. These people did an exceptional job in cleaning bedroom carpets and rejuvenating some nasty staircase carpeting. Hard working from the time they arrived to the time they departed. They also provided me with so many useful tips on how to take care of the hardwood floors that are also in this house. I am so grateful for the dedication these people showed in overall cleaning and the willingness to share their tips and experience. You will not be disappointed when you hire this company for any of your cleaning needs.

They were on time and very thorough with the 3 rooms I had done. We have a puppy that finally hit 2 and seems to have potty training figured out. They treated the area where he made messes, vacuumed and steam cleaned. They were also able to clean the dog's favorite sofa and even worked to get year old ink stains out. Wonderful job! Only thing is they don't move furniture but we were able to handle that before they arrived.

Wonderful job! They were exceptionally professional and thoroughly cleaned my pet stained carpet. I also had them clean my couch which had also been abused by my dog. I plan to use them in the future. Use them, you will not be disappointed.
