Tech did not want to do the job. Could not speak very good English. I asked a question about another service, he said I was getting short and walked away when I am moving today and needed service. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and I would not recommend this outfit to anyone!!!!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Simply just, WOW! I have dogs and they can do quite a number on them, whether it's number 1 or 2 haha. And because I acted fast, I was able to get them as close to looking new again, without having to go through the same routine of throwing it out and buying a new one. Highly recommend @your service! They pick up your rugs and do a multi-stepped deep cleaning process which Ronnie learned in Turkey. Other companies come to your house with a machine and only treat the surface. The prices were reasonable given the superior service offered. Thanks again, Ronnie!

Couldn't be happier with their service. Great communication and reasonable pricing. They came out with less than 24 hours notice and did an amazing job in a short amount of time. I rent an apartment and the carpet had several stains, including a big dark splatter stain that had probably been there for years. They made the stain disappear and the carpets look brighter and newer than ever. Ron was also super nice and a pleasure to work with. Do yourself a favor and hire this company to clean your carpets!
