Today, Master Caulking Waterproof (Carlos) performed excellent services at my home. I am totally pleased with the results. I reccomend Carlos and Master Caulking Waterproof for your power washing needs. My home, my awnings, my front landing, my rear steps, my siding, my storm doors, etc., he cleaned them all. Great customer service, very professional, and licensed. Master Caulking Waterproof LLC./ Power Wash gets all the stars that I can give.

Power washed my house, sidewalks and concrete patio and did an extremely good job, beyond expectations. Best of all Carlos were extremely easy to contact and communicate with. Showed up on time for the quote and the job and did great work, very detailed. Highly recommend and will be using again. The pricing was as good or better than others I received and the quality of work was exceptional.

They 1000% exceeded my expectations. They were awesome. They went out of their way to fit me in their schedule and then gave my house the best wash it's ever had. Took care of my outdoor furniture and treated my house like it was their own. I would not call anyone other than them.

Carlos just finished our home yesterday. House wash and recaulking 25 windows, some 3 stories high. Added 10+ years on my Pella casement windows and saved me a bundle. And honestly just a super nice guy. Would highly recommend and will have him back to seal the driveway and patio in the fall. Polite, professional and a very hard worker. His team was as respectful and hardworking as Carlos which Master Cauking is very lucky to have. Thanks Carlos, you are definitely a Master Caulker as your job was better than the original caulking job. Carlos and his crew did an outstanding job recaulking all windows and doors of my home. As a woman, I felt like he and his crew were extremely polite and professional from the first time I reached out for an estimate till the completion of the work. Carlos responded very quickly, and answered all questions that I had relating to the work. They did an amazing job and cleaned up everything very nicely. I felt like his company went well above and beyond, and even put up a piece of flashing that had recently fell due to wind damage at no cost. I highly recommend Carlos and his company, and have already recommended him to all of my family and friends. I also will be calling him back to do some additional work after the holiday. Not to mention, he was highly recommended to me by my father who also recently had his house re-caulked and some power washing too. Carlos was on time, mannerable, did a few extra things that he noticed needed cleaning and did not charge us extra. After completing the task, it was imporant to him that we were please with his work.

Master Caulking just wrapped up the caulking of my shower stall (bathroom 1) and shower/tub combo (bathroom 2). Bathroom 1 had mold trapped between the surface and old caulking but Master Caulking non only removed the old caulking but- they thoroughly cleaned the area before reapplying. In addition, they caulked areas that didn't really need it simply because they cared about the work quality. Power washing of my home was completed as well (lots of work done I know lol) and all I can say is call them already!

Oh and let me add that during the power washing completion walk through, I found an area that needed attention and the team addressed the area immediately with professionalism and kindness.
