We have used this service for a while but today they did an amazing job and I don’t normally write reviews. But this one lady in specific went out of her way to ask if we needed occupied rooms cleaned which normally they would just go over it. The house was literally shining and in the section she did this really fancy set up and I was really impressed thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience with Sarah and her team. They were friendly and efficient. They did a great job cleaning my house and I will be using them again.

Kyndle is always on time and friendly. She is meticulous and thorough in her work and makes sure to ask if there is anything that I want to have extra attention that week. We have been so pleased with Maid Right. I am always satisfied after they clean for me. It's no longer as stressful to have house guests.

I needed a move-out cleaning at close to the last minute. Maid Right stepped in and did a fantastic job. Great price, great communication before (and during) -- expectations exceeded.

Had the maids come for my birthday present from my husband. Two of the girls were wonderful, but left early. The other two girls were horrible. Food and Cheerios still on my kitchen floor. I called the manager and he didn’t seem to care (made me feel like I was lying). The two nice ladies came back and agreed the other girls did NOT do a good job at all. It was disappointing. My mom and dad used this company for years. After the way the manger spoke to me and my husband they canceled their services with them as well.

The workers use some solution on my hardwood floors and ate up my floors in my kitchen you can see where they put the solution on the floor. I called to the office and explained to him what happen then told him they didn’t clean my house Spider web still on my corner ceiling my appliances wasn’t clean my mirrors wasn’t cleaned this was my first and last time doing business with them. I decided to take legal matters in my hands because now I have to get my floors stripped and sand and redo them. Please don’t use them they won’t fix there mistake

I’ve enjoyed having a regular cleaning crew full of smiles. They’re so friendly and accommodating. I’ve only had two cleans so far, but am quite pleased with their work and grateful to have the help.

I can depend on the employees to arrive on time. They seem dedicated to clean my house, and they respect my property... including my cats! As I've gotten older, there are certain things I can't safety clean. However, I can depend on Maid Right to get it right!

We were told we would have the same cleaning crew at each appointment, instead we had a DIFFERENT team at each appointment. We repeatedly had to ask staff to clean over, with even one time one of the owners coming out to complete the job. Our last service, the staff walked into our home without mask on and ended the job without mopping the floors or steps. Very disappointed in the services.

We've been customers of Maid Right of Richmond for about a year and we are extremely happy with the quality of service and value for the money. John, Tom and Cassidy have all been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

The services we received for biweekly cleaning was satisfactory. However, beware if you ever decide to place your service on a week to week and/or hold services for whatever reason temporarily. Our experience after doing this was that two months later someone from Maid Right randomly stopped by our home to clean and ended up charging our credit card for half the price to clean our home. Our understanding was that it was our responsibility to notify the company when we wanted to resume services. It also seems strange that out of the blue two months after we put our services on hold someone would stop by to clean without us asking them to do so. We later called, spoke to John, to challenge the half cleaning fee being charged to our credit card and John maintained that the charge was appropriate on their end. I don't think we will be using their services again. If you are a current customer, it may be better to avoid any temporary holds on service and just cancel to hopefully avoid this problem and then you could just setup new cleaning service when you want it again.

Suzy is my cleaning lady and she is honest, does a great job. The company on a whole has been very great to work with.

I am always impressed with how nice and fresh my house looked. I am disabled so I need help with some cleaning jobs and the Maid Right ladies were awesome. Very friendly and efficient. Worth every penny to me.

Horrible the didn't clean only dusted. Charge extra 45 dollars to clean inside of stove they forgot to clean it so I had to call. Upon me cleaning the stove I noticed they hadn't even wipe the outside I had to. They picked and chose which base boards they wanted to clean and didn't do all. I should of went with the other company they said it will take 4 hrs to clean Maid right said 2. I should have ran to the hills when they said that. AWFUL. We are selling our home and buyers are requesting we clean when we just paid to have Maid right clean. Don't Use these ppl it's equivalent of you cleaning up yourself.

Very reliable both in punctuality and quality! I'd like to have some "deep" cleaning, i.e. baseboards, mini blinds, etc., but I think I can schedule this with them for an additional fee...

They make my life so much easier and coming home to a clean apartment is wonderful!

It was easy to book an appointment and everyone I spoke with or met along the way was friendly and knowledgeable and hard working. House looks and smells great! A lifesaver when I moved out of my old house! Moving is stressful enough. What a relief to leave the cleaning to professionals and know that the house is cleaner than it's ever been for the next tenant. Thank you again!!

I selected Maid Right of Richmond based on our initial interview and that they would leave the house germ free. The maids and the owner showed up on time for the initial cleaning. The maids were very pleasant and worked hard to make sure the house was clean and the beds made. And the house smelled great when they were done.

Maid Right does a very good job for us. The same cleaners do our house each time and they really do a quality job. No quick in and out, it's a quality clean every time. They are always on time and have never cancelled. Steady, professional and clean.

They have assigned a service provider, Kyndle, to me. I have grown to love Kyndle. She is an extremely hard worker and young lady who goes above and beyond to satisfy. This company has consistently done a great job cleaning our house bi weekly. The staff is quick and professional and their cleaning system seems insure that items are not missed each week. The owners have also checked in periodically to be sure that I am satisfied with the work they provide, I would highly recommend Maid Right

John came to our home to pitch the job. He was very professional and spoke about all that his business does and how they do it. He answered all of my questions in his presentation and I am very pleased.
