We appreciated how professional everyone was from the walk through to our first cleaning. In subsequent visits, the owner of the company has always followed up and on the one occasion that we had a new team member arrive to the house, he walked that person through our home and reviewed what our expectations are. This is the most professional cleaning service I have ever experienced. John and the team are always on point and I highly recommend them!!

I originally had booked a move in clean with this company. I was not sent a confirmation or any written policies in regards to my service. The night before my clean I needed to cancel due to illness. The following morning I received a call where the man on the phone immediately hostile and that I was “causing a problem.” I asked what the problem is and he said there would be a 50% cancellation fee. I told him I wasn’t informed of any cancellation fee policy upon booking. He then says “it doesn’t matter.” As a potential customer it should matter that any policies like this are explicitly disclosed either verbally or written. Throughout the whole conversation I was repeatedly told that it doesn’t matter what I was or wasn’t told, and I was absolutely disrespected. At the end of the conversation he rudely told me “goodbye lady” and hung up the phone before anything was resolved. I was thinking about rescheduling the service but following that conversation I absolutely will never book with them.

Maid Right has provided a very professional, friendly service. They are always willing to work with my schedule and change times if needed. Maid Right communicates with me when they notice anything that they feel is different or needs to be addressed in my home. I feel very safe and secure with the crew in my home. I have children with severe allergies and they provide cleaning services that address the needs to keep my home free of allergens, but at the same time use products that do not cause more problems. I am very pleased with the service this company provides. I highly recommend the Maid Right team!

I have used this company for a few months now for bi-weekly cleaning. I have yet to have come home and been able to find any problems with their cleaning. The price is reasonable and they are extremely reliable. They do a great job on keeping in communication with you for holiday, weather etc. I have always used a cleaning person instead of a cleaning company and was a little nervous to have a few people in my house instead of just one person but they do their cleaning while I am at work and have had no problems. I would highly recommend them!

We are very pleased with Maid Right service. The staff is very competent and always prompt. They listen to specific requests I have made for the house.
When I had to change the cleaning date at the last minute, they were very understanding and quickly found a better date for me.

Aubrey does a really good job cleaning my home; however, she needs to be on time for our appointments in the future. I will work with her to hopefully make that happen.

Aubry did an amazing job! Due to a back injury, and before that, a general laxness in keeping things tidy, my house was a train wreck of dust and dirt. She just finished and my house now matches the weather today. It’s like a fresh Spring day indoors and out. Thank you Aubry!

Alexa and Aubrey have been very efficient. Although I was a bit disappointed with the bathtub cleaning one month, I addressed it to them the following month and found a spectacular improvement when finished. Easy to work with, timely, and very courteous. Looking forward to seeing them again.

Terrible service! Do not waste your money. First of all they have a poor way of communicating and will show up unannounced. Secondly, they do not do a thorough job cleaning as promised. Their staff constantly bug you, asking for water, etc. And then do a minimal job with cleaning. Do not waste your time or money. I wish would have done more research.

I have been using Maid Right for several months now after switching from individuals who cleaned my house, not a co like Maid Right. What a difference. My home is cleaner, the service is much more convenient and consistent and I am one happy camper. Highly recommend

We have been having associates of Maid Right coming to our home for several months biweekly, and have never been disappointed. The two person teams work together to really clean our home well. I could compliment many, but I will single out Aubrey, who this week came by herself as her coworker got sick. She has been to our home before. She did an outstanding job by herself with her usual attention to detail. I highly recommend Maid Right of Richmond, and their talented staff.

Very pleased with the cleaning services. The teams have arrived on-time and working efficiently. I have not had the same team each time, but all have been trained well and the service has been consistent. I found it helpful to give them feedback on your individual concerns so they can cater to your needs. There are some things that can get missed and communication helps.

Excellent experience! I needed cleaners fast! I call early morning and spoke directly to the manager who got me booked. Aubrey came out and was prompt, pleasant, and professional. She did a wonderful job. This company was priced affordable and I would recommend them!

Don't waste your money!
I am deeply disappointed in the service of Maid Right of Richmond. I choose this company over other ones as they claim to be a cut above the rest but they also cost more than the rest.

After a few weeks of remodeling projects we didn't have time to clean plus there was a lot of extra dust so I was excited to hire a company to do our cleaning for that first 'deep clean', and following that a once a month clean. My parents were arriving that evening of the first clean for a 2 week stay so I expected and needed the house to be sparkling when I came home from work. I paid $225 for cleaning a 2500 sq ft house so my expectations were high.

Sadly, it was far from clean! I was greeted by a dirty storm door even though I had been informed that was included. Then I kept finding things that were not properly or at all cleaned: the tile floor in the half bath was dirty, the front of the fridge dirty, the kitchen floor still sticky from spilled maple syrup. The floor under a light plastic step stool in the master bathroom and behind the door the floor was still filthy, soap stains on the inside of the shower door and so on and so on. I was so frustrated and sad and started to clean in stead of picking my parents up from the airport (my husband went alone).

I sent Maid Right an email with lots of pictures showing the dirt, and all I got back as that they were sorry that I cleaned myself and didn't give them a chance to correct it, even though they knew my parents were arriving that day. No partial refund, nothing. I want to add that even though I was very frustrated, my communication with them stayed polite.

Anyway, my advice is look elsewhere for a company to clean your house, I know I will.

First class service…very polite and professional staff. I’ve been using Maid Right for a few years and been very pleased with its services.

Good people, always show up on time, go right to work and don't require supervision. I'm not sure why they leave so many lights on when they leave (no big deal) but I'll never understand why they play move the trash cans around. It's always a kick to find out where they have moved them.
