He was on time, professional work with the renters living in the house. I am so happy i found this company. The cost was best value and at least 200 dollars lower the the next company who was not insured. They are bonded and insured. They did a great job and i can't believe the low cost for marbel and hard wood floors. I will get him back to do my renters floors after the leave.

My appointment was set at 8am and He was on time I got a message sent to my phone saying he was arriving I looked out the window and guess what the van was pulling up. Highly recommend Smith & Provision Cleaning! I am the manager of a photography studio here in Richmond VA and we have an all white lacquer floor. Smith & Provision always gets our floor back to a pristine level! They work with our busy schedule and are always finish in a timely manner. We don’t trust anyone else to get the job done !

Smith & provision Cleaning did a tremendous job on a carpet I thought I was going to need to replace!!! I wish I thought to take before photos, but I did take after photos I’ve included. They were early and left on time, I highly recommend them 👍🏽

Does a great job, and very friendly staff.

When I first started with this cleaning service they were absolutely great. Over time I kept getting new cleaning crews and I could never get the same time for my biweekly cleaning. This makes it very hard for you to budget your own time when they can come anywhere from 10:15 to 2:45. Over the last year everything changed. One of the last two crews couldn’t seem to clean without breaking something. I have some gallery pieces in my house that are costly. The owner already paid for one piece that broke. This cleaning crew broke another more expensive gallery piece. She told me she would find some glass person that could fix it. There’s no way you can fix a gallery piece with a glass person. I told the owner not to worry about it because we had such a good relationship And I didn’t want her to get stuck with a big bill. That was a big mistake on my part. In the last week or two I discovered that they broke one of my larger sculptures. She sent a brand new crew to my house yesterday. One of the ladies does not speak any English at all and the other barely speaks English. Communication was horrible. You try to explain what you want or don’t want and they just look at you in a blank stare.I’ve had to play sticky notes saying “do not clean”on all my valuable statues and pieces of importance to prevent further breakage— this is ridiculous. I place all of the hardwood floor cleaners and tile cleaners in the appropriate rooms with a clean pad for each bottle for them to mop with. When I saw them they were using the same pad on the hardwood floors that they just used on the ceramic floors. You would expect this type of behavior out of a child not out of a professional cleaning service.How can this be a cleaning crew that doesn’t know that you can’t mix the two. I had stainless steel wipes out they didn’t even know what they were for. When they left they didn’t put the carpet down on the entrance way and as I put the carpet down all sorts of debris fell on the floor. They never even vacuumed the carpet so I had to take a dust broom and sweep the floor and vacuum the carpet. They did not clean my stairs and my Florida room had cobwebs in the corners. I called the owner all morning telling her that they did not know how to clean and she kept telling me that’s what they were cleaners. I’m sorry I’m not stupid. When you want your house cleaned you mean cleaned everywhere not just where are you feel like doing it. It took them (2 ladies) three hours to not complete the job. In addition, they came in with a vacuum cleaner that was so filthy dirty that I put it outside the door and they bought a swiffer type of utensil that was dirty and I put that outside as well. A cleaning crew should be able to speak with you, know how to clean, and show respect for your home. This cleaning company does not meet any of those classifications.

Two workers from this company entered my business and when I asked how I could help them several times I got no response as one of them actually tried to push past me to get further into my business without my permission. I asked her again what she needed and she showed me her phone screen where she was asking for money for a parking ticket??? I tried calling the number on the back of their vests with no answer whatsoever. This is incredibly dangerous and unprofessional. I have never used this business and I absolutely never would after this experience I had with them.

Maid Right has met every expectation!! Even on those days I didn’t have time to “clean” before the cleaning folks were coming!!! Love them!!!

The supervisor met his workers at the job and showed them around and gave them instructions. The women who worked were very pleasant, accommodating, and thorough. They did a great job.

Staff are prompt, courteous, and professional. They thoroughly clean every area of the house. It is the best feeling in the world to come home from work and walk into a clean home. Highly recommend!
