Mike Beans was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a detailed quote for the work to be performed. Materials to perform the work needs to be acquired. Looking forward to him completing the work.

UPDATE ON BEN FRANKLIN PLUMBING 2025

I used them several times for relatively simple plumbing issues in the past. While their prices seemed high they were responsive and the plumbers very affable. They charged what was quoted.
Recently. I had a more complex plumbing issue and they quoted over $2000 dollars which seemed excessively high. When I asked for a breakout of costs for materials and labor they said they didn’t do that.
I contacted another plumber, in Temperenceville, recommended by friends, and they were responsive and completed the work for just over $1000.
Not knocking the BF plumbers, just their pricing and lack of transparency.

Lee has always been prompt and courteous but most importantly knowledgeable about working on our boiler. Our boiler is from the 60s and he has kept it efficiently running as best as it can. Highly recommend!!!!

Responded to an emergency plumbing situation within hours on a Sunday. The technician was friendly and diagnosed the issue and since the problem is down in the well, they have everything set up for repairs first thing tomorrow morning. I was very relieved after the technician left because I was worried about the pipes and the cold weather and not having running water. Grateful. Extra service charge for coming on Sunday within a couple hours of my call was well worth my piece of mind.

Lee has been servicing our furnace every year since we moved to the Shore. The team at Ben Franklin have done several plumbing projects for us to bring our 100 year old home up to date. I can recommend them with confidence. We have been very happy with their professionalism and responsiveness.

Tim Miller replaced a sump pump for me, overcoming a number of unexpected difficulties but ultimately succeeding. He shared details of every aspect of the process and when it was done, I understood how the pump worked and was confident not only of the pump’s function and maintenance requirements but also that it’s electrical connection was safe and working well.

Joey showed up in very timely manner. Very knowledgeable, confident, and professional with a great personality. The quality of work was superb. Benjamin Franklin is a top notch company with great customer service.

Hired Ben Franklin Plumbing to come out and do a minor plumbing design/repair issue on an outside shower. Tim (plumber) was creative in solving the problem and made repair/fix within an hour. Very prompt arrival. Called before arriving. Ben Franklin charges on the high side of pricing (vs solo small plumbing companies) but they deliver on their service commitment

Lee and his team from Benjamin Franklin plumbing were great. They ran a new water line on my property and were professional and efficient. Lee’s quote was very competitive and I highly recommend this company!

Lee was the best! Showed up on a Friday evening for a last minute call. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He showed me what was involved in the repair and then completed it quickly. Price was actually less than estimated!

Jonathon did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and performed those tasks. I thought the price was a little high though.

Lee Jester and his crew did a masterful job in installing our new sewer line which was complicated by the fact that we were sharing our old sewer line with our neighbor. They minimized disruption to our water uses by keeping us operational during the replacement process. Lee is also an expert in operating the excavator in tight spaces to insure no damage to external infrastructure. Final repairs should be completed today or tomorrow.

My mother and her care giver were very happy with your services. Quality, and friendly.
