I have been with Aire Serv since 2015 and they provide impeccable service. My most recent maintenance inspection being no exception. Michael was my technician and his experience and knowledgeability were evident. He recommended a starter kit for our unit to optimize the performance of our heat pump and installed it same day!

I recently noticed an issue with my heat pump, so I called Aire Serv and they were able to send a technician out in a very timely manner. Elise came to diagnose the problem, she did a very thorough inspection of my entire HVAC system, and found my issue was the fan motor. She helped me understand the function of the motor and explained my best course of action moving forward. After discussing the issue with my partner, I called to schedule the repair and was able to get an appointment that same day! Shea was my technician for the repair, and my new fan motor was up and running in no time!

Elise and Shea were an absolute pleasure to work with and they showed the utmost respect and professionalism to help diagnose and fix my problem. This is my second time going through Aire Serv (2 completely unrelated issues) and each time I've been so impressed with this company. Their communication is incredible, and I really appreciate the text they send letting you know their technician is on the way. I also really value speaking with Josh or Tiffany when I call! Josh has been able to answer any questions I have, and Tiffany is a delight to speak with and is committed to helping me get the best service! I can't thank this company enough, experiencing issues with home maintenance can cause a lot of stress, but it's such a relief to have built a connection with a company I feel confident and comfortable to reach out to in the future!

So, so, so, so HAPPY with our experience with Aire Serv. We unfortunately came home from an out of town vacation to find mold in our ductwork. We called Aire Serve on a Thursday and they had a technician come out first thing Friday morning. Matthew was able to give us his best recommendation for not only the issue we initially called about but also solutions to other, what we deemed "small" and "we can settle with this" issues. He was able to answer all questions we had about the process and made us feel comfortable about moving forward. After giving the go ahead - Aire Serv started working first thing that following Monday (so fast!). The team of Matthew, Derrick, and another young man, that I sadly did not get his name before he left, WERE SUPERSTARS! They were very considerate and polite throughout the entire process. No one likes going without AC during summer but these guys worked hard every day to get everything fixed as soon as possible so we did not have to be without for very long. Every day they would show up early and let us know the plan for the day and then check in to update us on the process before leaving in the evening. What really sealed the deal was on the last day they were working we had another incident where part of our kitchen ceiling fell (due to NO fault of Aire Serv at all!) and they stepped in and helped my husband clean up the debris before leaving for the day. SO APPRICIATIVE OF THE EXTRA HELP. In the end Matthew was able to explain how our new air system worked and answered all our questions for the last time. My husband and I are so happy with this service and so happy with the results and love our new comfortable cold home :)

The Aire Serv team did a great job on our homes new HVAC installation. Neil was very thorough and responsive throughout the estimate process. Matthew and the other installers worked hard and finished installing two full systems including all new duct work and electrical earlier than expected. The install was clean and very professional. The team cleaned up at the end of each day and left our house spotless at the end of the job. We would not hesitate to recommend the Aire Serv team.

Today Steven came to check my HVAC heating system. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous and very personable. Aire Serv has great workers but Steven is the best of the best! I highly recommend not only this company, but especially Steven! He was professional and concise; and I feel confident in Steven’s ability to resolve any HVAC issue I have. Very happy with my experiences with this company. They are very prompt and trustworthy. They provide explanations, but are never pushy. Tiffany is always pleasant to speak with. Josh has been in my home a few times and I was very impressed with him. Elise came for a maintenance appointment recently and was very thorough. I definitely recommend becoming a member of Aire Serv.

Aire Serv was super prompt in setting up my appointment! My technician was Micheal. He was on time and very friendly, explained my issues clearly and also provided different options for the fix. He ensured his schedule was clear so that he could get my heating issues completely fixed. I would definitely recommend this company.

The customer service and technician was fantastic. The day of my appointment, one tech got stuck on a job and the desk quickly re-assigned a different tech to my house.

Within a couple hours, Michael Scanlon was able to get my heat up and running. He was a great gentleman with tons of knowledge and not afraid to answer questions. Overall, I purchased the maintenance package (14.99/mo) which is extremely affordable. Highly recommend.

Thank you Josh, Stephen, and Dylan. The appointment I scheduled online did not register. When I called, Josh assisted me; he was polite and was able to fit me in on the same day. He scheduled me with Stephen and Dylan. When they arrived they came ready to solve my issue.

Stephen discovered the thermostat that a security company installed - was
done incorrectly & I had a switch off. Stephen and Dylan made sure everything was working properly and finished within an hour. My heat and air conditioning are now working. Thank you for being upfront and knowledgeable.

The team that came out to look at our AC Unit was very polite and you could tell they were very passionate about their job. As they discussed options to fix our unit, they fully described what the issue was, the options to fix it and how each option worked. They fully listened to our questions and fully answered them in a way we could fully understand the options and what needed to be done. They also listened to our concerns on each option and was able to point us to the option that would best fit our needs and the time.

They were so great, that we dropped our original maintenance plan with another company and went with their maintenance plan.

We have already recommended and passed on their information to a couple of friends that need work done as well. We contacted Aire Serv from a friends recommendation as well. They are that great that word of mouth is working very well for them

Our technician was Michael. This is a second visit this year. The first one was on a blistering hot day (SUNDAY!), when our COOLING stopped working! The house was a sauna. Lo and behold, who is driving right in front of our house - the AIRE SERV vaN... Let me just say, that was a God sent!! I He had to do a U-turn to come and help us. The issue was quickly identified ( the condensation pump was dead), new part ordered and scheduled to be replaced the next day! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable - what more can you ask for! This second visit was related to the HEATING system. It was an absolute pleasure to have him service the HVAC units, in preparation for the winter season. Since we had to ask for him by name, we had to wait for 4-5d, during which time we didn't run the heating system, because it smelled strange to me when I started it a week earlier. He identified the problem with the unit on the first floor and quickly resolved the issue. A new part had to be retrieved and installed, which he did in the same visit. The second floor unit got some TLC as well, and after a tune-up and an EZ trap the unit is good to go. I was very happy, because the house was 59 F... Needless to say, we are very impressed by his professional demeanor and his knowledge. We signed up for the maintenance plan offered by his company! We couldn't have picked a better technician and a company to service the Hvac systems in our house, which is going to be a rental property - our renters are in great hands. Thank you, Michael!
