This company is horrible. They wasted my time and money and failed to properly diagnosis my plumbing issue. The manager is simply rude and low class. I spoke to several other contracting companies who said they avoid working with A.W. Holmes because of the lack of professionalism and complaints this company has had.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First off Sherri is by far the worst customer service person to this date! Extremely unprofessional. She talks with no respect and she over talks people. Not sure she still has a job. Also, every time I put a claim in and this company comes, my insurance company always denies the claim. I put a claim for a toilet issue. I was appointed AW Holmes. They came out and told me I needed a completely new toilet. And they were going to charge me $500. I called another company and they came and fixed the issue for $75. If I were you, I would stay away from this company. They falsely send reports to insurance companies to get the full pay for the job. They did it to me…

They installed a tank less unit incorrectly and not within code. The unit stopped working in less than a year. They ordered parts and never came back to install the parts. I contacted them on three occasions to make an appointment and they never showed up. I had to pay another company to come out and troubleshoot and repair the system.
