Electrical reviews in Powhatan, Virginia

This was our first experience with Dooley Electric. They were quick to respond. Very friendly. Definitely would recommend them to others and call again if need arises.

This was a great experience with a complicated issue. The team came out on a weekend to make sure we would have AC on a hot day and completed multiple repairs. I plan to use them moving forward for additional work.

Good work, quickly, fair price, would recommend

Dooleys Electric completed an electrical project for us and have been very happy with the work. The guys were great and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Dooley’s Electric did a great job replacing my old electric panel and running new circuits for HVAC. The price was good , communication was excellent and the work was done quickly. Thank you to Stephen and Jason . Highly recommend.

Professional and very fair w/ the pricing. Steve is a no nonsense person and he does what he promises. Hard to find reliable and honest people, but Dooley's is just that. Work was done in same day and Steve made certain everything was properly working before leaving. Highly recommend!

I have used the skills of Dooley’s Electric over the past 6 months while renovating our home following extensive flooding damage caused by a broken water line.
Steven Dooley and his electrician employees, Jason and Robert, were outstanding during every step of the process. They show up on time, communicate well, and are detailed in their approach to fixing everything electrical. I highly recommend Dooley’s Electic.

What a great crew! The crew showed up exactly when scheduled, installed all my ceiling fans, magnifying mirror, towel warmer and built in ironing board. They cleaned up every spec of trash, dirt and dust when done and were always so polite. I would definitely hire them again.

Steven Dooley was prompt in addressing my project and Blaine and Taylor arrived on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. I am a new customer and definitely will be a return customer. very knowledgeable team.

Have worked with Dooleys a couple times now. Some small, some large projects. Every time is a pleasure. Quick quotes, fair prices, early arrival, and clean results. The guys are all good problem solvers and considerate of our time. Looking forward to the next project.

The power in half my house went out, including my hvac and refrigerator, but no breakers had shut off and there was a strong electrical smell in my garage. Steve Dooley drove from Powhatan to King William on a Sunday evening to get the system working and that everything was safe. He also followed up with the company who installed our solar system to be sure they came out and followed up with the entire system. He checked in the next day to be sure everything was working well. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond to be sure the house was safe and everything was working well.

Dooley came through for us with an interlock kit for our generator quickly, and at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend and use their services again! Thank you!

I hired Dooley's Electric LLC to wire a newly constructed shop. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They showed up on time as promised and completed the work according to code and in a neat and orderly fashion. Their attention to detail was impressive as was their affordability. I highly recommend them.

Dooley's Electric LLC got us on their schedule quickly to do some electrical work in our crawl space. Blain and Taylor were professional and worked efficiently to get the work done as promised. Will use this company again.

Steve Dooley and his team of electricians do efficient work at affordable pricing. Dooley's Electric LLC installed my EV car charger, 8 recessed lights with a wifi dimmer in my kitchen and a ceiling fan in a room with no existing electrical fixture on the ceiling. You can count on Steven's crew to be professional and give honest, competent consultation throughout any installation. I am searching for my electrical work just so I can utilize his services again.

Showed up perfectly on time! Did a Professional Job on my electrical box replacement! Great price! Highly recommended! Will definitely use again! Thanks again so much for the Awesome Job!

Had good experiences with the team at Dooley's Electric - Pricing for the scope of work was competitive, they kept very good communication, they went to lengths to not damage our old plaster walls, ceiling or antique trim. And they were always kind and considerate throughout the process. Happy to have been able to modernize the old wiring in the house before we moved in.

We had Dooley Electric add four new circuits to our home and couldn’t be happier. Steve, the owner, was super responsive, kept every date he promised, and communicated clearly the whole way. He personally made sure the work was done right, handled the county permits, and saw the project through inspection.

His crew worked hard — friendly, professional, and high-quality work with no wasting time. We really appreciated working with a local Powhatan electrician and supporting a local business that takes pride in its work. Highly recommend Dooley Electric!
