SET Cleaning has been amazing. I am currently going through breast cancer surgery and treatment and was originally paired up with another cleaning service through Cleaning for a Reason but there was an issue in regards to my location. Within less than an hour, I was in touch with Lettie at SET who got me booked for my cleaning which was perfect timing. She was able to set me up with a deep clean a few days before going in for my surgery so I could focus on preparing for and recovering from my surgery. My cleaning techs Brady and Samantha did a phenomenal job. I couldn't have asked for better. They respected my home and really focused on the areas that were more concerning to me as well as fully cleaned every room/part of my house. Both techs and office staff were very professional, courteous, kind and have really made me feel supported through my journey and have made it a lot easier to focus on recovering. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend SET Cleaning if you're looking for a great, professional house cleaning.

Initial Cleaning was done hourly -- they charged over $400 (roughly 4 hours). We didn't argue on the dollar amount-- but the quality of work was deficient. They refunded roughly $100 of the $400.

In an effort to be agreeable, we tell they they can fix the problems on the next visit. Seems reasonable? They come out two weeks later. They miss the same items AGAIN.

We call them and email them -- and they dispatch the same crew-- and AGAIN miss the same items.

After playing phone tag with Eve -- she tells me "We can't make you happy. We can't work together". Which is fine.

But here are the items:
-Dirty Windows
-Dirty Floors
-Not cleaning under furniture (beds or couch)
-Not properly cleaning TVs

The ladies are friendly-- but seem to be in a rush to get out of the house. Our house is 2000 sqft and the ladies are in and out in an hour.

Great reviews in the past-- Seems things have changed.

I have used SET Cleaning for over 4 years now, and I am always pleased with my results. Brandy and Samantha are usually my technicians and they are GREAT! They are super friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms and kitchen sparkle, the kitchen appliances gleam and I can walk barefoot on my floors without getting litter and grit on my feet. I would recommend SET Cleaning to anyone looking for cleaning services.

Jill with SET Cleaning is awesome! She pleasantly and expertly
