Outdoor Escapes did an outstanding job building our paver pool decking and patio. After a very challenging and rough pool project with another company, we pulled the pool decking work back and reached out to Outdoor Escapes to perform the work. Jack (the owner) and his team (led by his Project Manager, Tony) were phenomenal. The entire process was extremely smooth, the work was incredibly well done, and the end product looks great. In today’s construction industry, this type of execution by a company is hard to come by. Outdoor Escapes exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them for any landscaping type of projects!

We contacted Jack Russell for an estimate to replace our water feature pump in November of 2024 (the estimate was provided in early December). We had agreed to start the work in the spring of 2025. After multiple attempts to schedule the work, Jack ceased communicating with us and no longer returned any phone calls or emails. While we can't speak to the company's workmanship, professionalism and courtesy appear to be an issue.

The patio they put in turned out really nice, BUT, if you have an issue they don’t respond. We have tried to get in touch with Jack for months with a problem we have with the water feature they put in. He finally responded in August and said he would be there that next week to look at it. No one showed up and have had zero correspondence with him since. WHY?

If you want a nice product with help for any issues, then they are not the company to use.

I had driveway edging, apron and culvert work done. Great team to work with. I got multiple quotes and Jack had a competitive price. Work and materials was high quality. I would definitely recommend and use this company for my future projects.

Although the weather was an issue, they managed to get the job done. Jack was a pleasure to work with, his team worked well together, and they did a nice job. I recommend using them for your landscaping needs.

Jack and his team at Outdoor Escapes went above and beyond from start to finish on our backyard patio project. Jack was patient with us as we made sign choices in the planning stages. He maintained communication and made changes to our plans with ease. He was very detail oriented, providing many options and Ideas without being pushy. Upon completion of our paver patio surrounding our pool, we had difficulty getting our pool company to come back and finish installation of an auto cover box. Jack and his team stepped up and got the job done. It was so refreshing to work with a company who communicates regularly and does quality work with regular check- ins along the way. Bob, we have worked together probably 10 years beginning with a landscaping design between our house and our neighbors. After that it was a total rework of our patio, followed by a fire pit that complemented the patio. After that it was a drainage issue we had from our heat pump condensates that you re-routed to our street. Next, it was help with the addition of a weeping cherry, a red bud and a plum tree. We have been EXTREMELY happy with the assistance we've received from Beaver Farm Landscaping. You have been most helpful with design and execution. Now, what will be our next collaborative project?

Beaver Farm Landscaping did a great job designing and installing retaining walls at the end of our driveway to give us full width use of our driveway entrance. What we had before was a bit of an eyesore. The new retaining walls are very attractive.

I’m a new home owner and never dealt with a yard. Jack was able to access the situation and gave the best solution and most reasonable price out of several provides. The work started and finished in a timely manner and the crew was courteous left the site in pristine shape. So when I needed more work done I called them again! I feel taken care of and can only say money well spent!

Never returned my numerous calls and messages. I will never understand contractors who won't call you back, when you are literally trying to give them your money. Very non-professional....and frustrating!

Great landscaping company. The team started early and exceeded expectations. The crew was on time, professional, and always had a positive attitude.

I was very impressed with the communication from the owner & site supervisor from the beginning to the end of my project. The 4 workers on the site completed back-breaking work to finish my walkway, stone walls and gravel driveway. They all look GREAT. At the end of each day, the workers cleaned up every bit of their trash. This may not sound like something to worry about, but it sure goes against most experiences I've had with other contractors and speaks to the quality of the company. I highly recommend.
