Oriole does not live up to the terms of their contractual agreements. Their guys will leave bottles of urine and other litter sitting around your properties. If you want professional service performed to the terms of your agreement, look elsewhere.

We needed a landscaper to address our poor backyard for an upcoming family event. We had another landscape firm cancel on us at the last minute, and Oriole Landscaping not only came in and took on the job, but completed it on time and we now have a beautiful back yard that is ready for our family event. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future.

I enjoy working with Oriole Landscaping for irrigation and yard maintenance. I first used them to add sod and add irrigation post new home construction. I continue to recommend the company to neighbors and friends. Oriole continues to manage yard fertilizer, aeration, and irrigation spring startup + winterization shutdown. I hired Oriole Landscaping after our yard was taken over by army worms. As someone who takes pride in yard work and enjoys doing it myself, it was a priority to find the right company to handle the job of mitigating the worms AND bringing my yard back to life. OL did just that and managed to exceed my expectations. Friends, family, strangers and everyone in between always remarks on how great the yard looks. OL employees are always responsive, kind, and answer every single question. You can’t go wrong with OL, they really are great to work with. I will always recommend them!

I am still waiting for them to finish up work on my yard from 14 months ago. Andy made promises and did not do any of the follow up work. He hasn’t returned my calls or made good on the work promised. Kenny personally said he would meet me on Friday April 8th but still no word , no phone call, nothing. Their office personnel were supposed to set up an appointment to turn on our sprinkler system and still nothing after waiting for a return call for two weeks. I don’t know how they stay in business!

Called for an estimate last year. They came out to assess the work, and even after several telephone calls from me, they never followed up with an estimate. I’ve never seen a company that does not want to make money. I was given various excuses, like he is on vacation and will send it when he returns. It’s sad, because I’ve seen examples of their work, which appeared to be really good.

I hired Oriole Landscaping to replace my out-dated patio at my condo and boy am I glad I did! They were excellent from start to finish. The guys were there early each morning and were sure to clean up behind them before they left for the day. The excellence of their work, communication and attention to details is second to none. I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the Oriole Landscaping team! Outstanding!!

Initially Oriole was very responsive and communicated fairly well with me concerning the work I wanted done. The work was being broken up due to affordability. The first part was power raking and grating the yard, reseeding and planting a dogwood tree. The second part was a paver patio, walkway, and disposing of landscape timbers. The first part went ok except the owner asked me to cut the grass prior to power raking and grating the yard. That didn’t make sense because the grass wasn’t high. I had to make several phone calls to get the work scheduled. When it was time to start the second part of the job, the sales rep asked for a down payment to which I replied I wasn’t comfortable paying the down payment until I saw a drawing of the walkway he was proposing to install. He replied no problem he would email me a drawing. Well, I’m still waiting and it has been over a year. Additionally it took them 4 months to replace the Dogwood tree which had died. I had requested a crepe myrtle be planted instead
of a dogwood tree. Lesson learned, don’t ever let someone else pick out a bush or tree for your yard. There was a total lack of communication on that issue. The sales rep had made several comments about bigger jobs they were working on and how important
those jobs were which left me feeling that my money and my work were unimportant and didn’t matter. I gave 1 star only because I had to give at least 1 in order to post a review.

If you are looking for a reliable company with excellent customer service and friendly workers then look no further. Kenny and his crew work efficiently and meticulously to make sure my yard looks great. We are so happy with Oriole Landscaping and highly recommend them.
