Truly horrible customer service. Did a sub-par job on the work the first time around, and took months and months to actually finish the job. But, despite taking forever to complete the work, they wasted no time in demanding their final payment.

Great job 👏 They fixed our irrigation system, repaired broken sprinklers and flagged them so we can make sure our new grass is getting enough water. I highly recommend them!

These guys did a mulch install for us at multiple mulch beds around the house. They did a great job, left everything neat and cleaned up when finished and the beds looked great!

The experience went great. All of the employees were knowledgeable and very pleasant. They communicated with me throughout the entire irrigation install and cleaned up like they weren’t there. Great job!!

They did excellent! We had sod put in and leveling with seeding on the larger area. It turned out beautiful! They communicated excellent. They did the work right when we wanted it done!

Our community uses Aerations Plus. We have had their employees speak to owners like dogs, their work is sub-par, even after being shown whats expected. We have had promised dates for work, yet they don't show, and this has happened numerous times. I pointed out, today, places they had missed and got nothing but disrespect in return. Owners have had to go out and clean up their mess. We pay them to do this. Its unacceptable!

I had a great experience with Corey and Dave. Estimates were reasonable and the finished product (pavers and landscaping) looks great. We had several guys here. They all had nice dispositions and were hard workers.

Have been with this company since 2009. Any problem has been quickly handled. Always courteous and efficient. They do my lawn maintenance and my irrigation system. If there is a question or problem, they handle it. Wonderful customer service for years.

Easy to schedule, very thorough

My house seems overgrown with bushes too high and so much landscaping to be done. Had the team from Aerations Plus come out and they were on time, did a great job, cleaned up and very responsive. They did a great job and the yard and all looked like new!

They were great to work with! Bobby worked with me on the design for our landscaping and answered my questions along with providing a clear and reasonable quote. On arrival, Bobby had the plants laid out for my review. I had a slight change and he said “No problem, we can work that out.” Corey and his staff had the job completed in a few hours. I really loved their selection of plants, shrubs and tree! It added so much to the look of our home.

Services our townhouse community and the quality is never the same ranging from poor to average. Cut down 3/4 of flowers in a clearly marked (with landscaping stones) flower bed in my backyard. No consistency in what areas were mowed on the day they were scheduled even though the contract is for both common areas and backyards. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for consistency and quality.
