Mark and his crew took down nine trees for us in August and we were extremely pleased with their work from beginning to end. When we called Mark for a quote he came out right away. He walked the yard with us and made great suggestions on which trees needed to come down and how they would proceed. He also gave us a very fair price right on the spot.
Mark and his team showed up as scheduled and the whole crew was very polite and professional throughout the project. Some of the trees were very big and close to the house, so it was not an easy project. But Mark and his guys were very careful with our property and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.
We were so pleased with Mark’s work that we recently had him come back to remove 3 more trees, and we now consider him our “tree guy”! We highly recommend Mark and his guys.

Mark and his team did an amazing job on my trees! First off the price was extremely fair and honest. As first time home owners I worried about someone trying to swindle us when giving an estimate on our massive yard. Not only did this happen, but Mark and his office manager made the whole process easy. My husband called him and within the hour he was at our house giving an estimate. We have a giant oak that split towards the top and one side was dead. Instead of insisting to remove the entire tree(very expensive) alternate options were offered to keep the price affordable and hopefully save the tree rather than just chop it down. His crew swung through every tree in my yard with methodic precision and removed every limb that needed to be removed with ease. I had to leave halfway through for an appointment and after seeing the work they were doing, I felt confident in leaving because I knew it would be done properly. It takes A LOT for me to feel comfortable enough to do that. They trimmed my crate and myrtle for no additional cost as well just because my husband asked about it. You can trust these folks to get the job done when you're away and know when you come home everything will be taken care of as expected. I have told everyone I know to use this service, and am a customer for as long as they remain in business! There are many tree services to go with, but are they as honest, kind, and affordable? Doubtful.

My mom lost several trees in a recent storm, we called Mark and he came out within hours to look around and give us an estimate. I can't tell you how much we appreciate how fast (and pleasant) working with Mark is!
Since it had just poured buckets, he waited for few days and came and took down 5 trees for the exact price he quoted. The yard wasn't torn up at all, and all limbs and debris was taken care of immediately. I just really can't enough good things about Mark and his guys. If you need work done, call him ASAP. I have hired Mark Tuttle Tree Service on several occasions to take down trees in my yard. Mark and his crew work so well together, they always arrive as scheduled, and Mark’s prices are the best. Recently, a tree in my neighbor’s yard was coming uprooted after days of heavy rain. She called Mark and he arrived within the hour to look at the tree, provide an estimate and schedule the work. You won’t find a nicer man or a better price!

Mark Tuttle and his excellent crew took down an ailing Maple tree in our front yard. Everyone was on the job before 7:00 am and got down to business. They brought the tree down before 9:00 am and then ground down the huge stump. They spent hours cleaning up all the debris. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone with tree issues.

I had several big trees that needed limbing up because they were hanging over the house. I called 3 different tree experts and the only one that returned my call was Mark Tuttle. He returned the call the same day and came to give me a quote that afternoon. Very kind man and very professional. He came next day and handled the work and even did more than I expected. He said he would make it safe for me and he did! He even called that night to see what I thought of the work and that I was pleased with it. I am 110% pleased with him and his crew and will use them in the future!

I rarely leave reviews but really felt compelled to share how absolutely amazing Mark and his team were at removing a huge oak tree from our backyard. The tree was in a very dangerous position close to our garage and our well so we were really nervous about the idea of it coming down! It was diseased and dying so had to be done. Mark and his team were highly professional, showed up early, and got straight to work. I was inside the house for part of the removal and couldn’t understand why I was hearing chainsaws and nothing falling. When I looked out, Mark and his team had already cut multiple limbs down but were lowering them gently to the ground with such precision and care that they didn’t even make a noise! Mark was highly responsive when we called for a quote and told us exactly what was going to happen ahead of time. The whole crew also seems to love dogs which is a big bonus in my eyes. All in all a wonderful company with highly skilled professionals who were personable and incredibly easy to work with. We will definitely be using them for all of our tree needs going forward. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Mark and your crew!!

Mark Tuttle Tree Service just completed the removal of a 70 plus foot pin oak that was dominating my front yard and overwhelming two maple trees. Mark arrived earlier in the week we discussed the job and agreed on a price and a date for the removal. His team arrived at 8am and completed the removal by 11:30. The crew was professional, courteous and did a great job in removing the tree with no damage to the surrounding trees and shrubs. They did an excellent job in cleaning up my property. I would highly recommend Mark Tuttle Tree Service.

Mark and his crew arrived on time both days and removed 4 tall pines and 2 smaller trees within a day and a half. After the tree removal the clean up was outstanding leaving things actually better than before. I would highly recommend him for your tree service needs and will be using him again.

I definitely recommend Mark Tuttle Tree Service. Mark came out and provided an estimate within days of being called. His quote was very reasonable. Mark and his team did an excellent job. They cut down 3 big trees and 2 medium ones. I have a very nice lawn with dozens of sprinkler heads. They brought in several big pieces of equipment. There was no damage to the heads (some of which right next to the trees being cut), and no damage to the lawn. And when they left each day, they cleaned up all the leaves and branches, leaving no traces of being there. Will definitely have them back in future.

Mark came in with his men and went right to work doing a professional job of removing 5 large pine trees for me and grinding out the stumps. Just watching the guy up in the top of a very tall pine you knew right away the he had done it before. Two of the trees were very close to my shop a every limb slid down the trunk and landed at base of tree. If you need tree work I highly recommend Mark.

These people are fantastic, from start to finish. Very organized. Kept us well informed during process. The guys who came to address the problems went over with us first then quickly and safely addressed items. They were mindful of the bird feeder area in our yard and surrounding shrubbery. Areas were thoroughly cleaned of debris before they left. I love the company philosophy of saving plants and trees if possible. Excellent service. My go-to place. From Ben who came out to give the quote, to the two work men who did the job, they were all professional and friendly!! I would recommend them to anyone. I had them cut down overhang from neighbors Mulberry branches and it was not an easy feat. They were very large and a beast to access. I am very grateful to them for their work!!!

From the moment we contacted Arborscapes to the final cleanup after their extensive work we found them to be warm, caring, professional, reliable, careful, knowledgeable and responsive - everything you would want when someone is doing this kind of work. They did not push us to remove healthy trees, as another tree service did, though we know them to be healthy trees as we've had them checked several times. We were completely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

They worked very hard on a hot day. They were very professional and courteous. Their equipment was first class. When I asked them to leave some wood for firewood, they cut it up into 16 inch pieces and stacked it neatly.

Arborscapes took on the large task or removing and cutting back some of the many trees on the All Saints Episcopal Preschool playground. They did a wonderful job! They were very detailed, very easy to communicate with, and did a fantastic job cleaning up all of the debris.

Just used Arborscapes again and the review below from the last time we used their services is all still true.

Arborscapes always does a good job. I've used them for years. They are always professional, always nice, do a great job, and genuinely care about the health of the trees and the environmental impact of their work. Taking good care of your established trees can be expensive, but it improves the overall property value of your home and I am comforted knowing the employees are being adequately paid and are insured.

Great experience with Arborscapes! The arborist Mike came out and was very friendly, knowledgeable about trees and helped me with signs to look out for in the future. The crew that came out for removal and pruning were very professional and did a great job. The tree removal seemed to me to be complex due to the location but the crew handled it with ease. Great cleanup as well, they took the time to make the yard look as it did before working on the trees. Will definitely use again if/when the need arises.

If you only take away one thig from this review it should be "If you have aphids, buy a sprayer and treat the issue yourself!" Save about $200-$250 dollars on the first treatment. Treatment was $304.
My story, Arborscapes has treated my Hackberry tree 2 previous times for Aphids. My neighbors were bothered by the aphids so they generously offered to pay for the treatment both times it was done. Unfortunately the issue returned this year, I offered to pay for the treatment (after all it is my tree). I happened to be home the day the service was done, I did not interact with the person doing the treatment but did watch the entire (very brief) process. The treatment consisted of the trunk and base of the tree being sprayed for 15-20 minutes. I kept watching, thinking "he's going to do something else...right?"...nope. He wasn't even using a high tech sprayer, just a manual hand pumped backpack sprayer. Very low tech, very short job no ladder or lift involved.
So for $304, i got maybe 20 minutes of work and a gallon (?) of aphid spray with zero guarantee that it will do any good. I say zero guarantee because the treatment has been completed before, one might think that a discount might be in order for a 3rd try, but nope. I expect nothing to come of this review but I do know that my neighbors, myself and any friends that will listen will be using a different arborist in the future, Actually, I'll be doing the treatments myself moving forward, I can spray the heck out of that tree now.

The crew was polite, professional and worked efficiently! They took their time to carefully select tree branches needing trimming and did an awesome job. Tree removal crew was careful not to disturb my gardens nor allow branches to fall on my house. I was impressed by their safety measures ensuring no one became hurt. Clean up was thorough all the way to the street. I highly recommend! AAA+++
