We have been customers of Rogers Mechanical for over 3 years now and can't say enough about the great service we have received. Just today, we replaced an older mini split and Aaron came out quickly to not inconvenience us during the warmer temperatures. They are honest, responsive, professional and fabulous to work with and always looking for the best recommendation to meet our needs. It's good to know we are in such good hands!

Ashley and Aaron are a great team! I had a couple of power flickers this morning and my heat was struggling. Ashley listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment before I had even spoken to Aaron. When Aaron called me, he asked a bunch of questions to make sure he understood what my situation was. He came to the house and fixed my unit. He thoroughly explained what had happened and gave me a few things that I could do to check on my own if it happened again in the future. Wonderful experience. We would highly recommend them.

Aaron and Nick were very professional and courteous at our service and could have saved us a house fire. They showed up 10 minutes early and I wasn't there yet but they had big smiles on their faces after waiting at my house for 7 minutes for me to arrive (they politely wouldn't enter the house with just my teenage daughter inside doing schoolwork). They discovered the cause of my broken air conditioner quickly and fixed it by installing a new capacitor. They went above and beyond by noticing that my dryer vent was completely clogged and this could lead to a fire especially in the upcoming summer months (see pictures). Aaron instructed me on how to fix the vent and gave me some helpful hints that saved me a lot of time and money. I'm thankful for their excellent service and integrity.

We had a great experience with Rogers Mechanical when our HVAC system was recently replaced. Aaron is very knowledgeable regarding both HVAC systems and overall home construction which allows him to discuss the pros and cons when selecting replacement equipment. Of the four companies that provided estimates, we had the most confidence with Roger's going in, our install was timely, and the Daikin heating and cooling equipment is working great. We highly recommend Rogers Mechanical and look forward to a long term relationship with them for annual servicing.

Don’t call anyone else! My house was at 36 degrees and their team made it out in 15 minutes, all during this cold/icy nonsense. Diagnosed the issue, got the part, repaired and paid within a couple hours. Piece of cake. I will call Roger’s for all HVAC needs. Thank you.

Rogers Mechanical is a wonderful family run business !! From the initial call and speaking with Ashley who took my concern with no heat and booking my appointment to the very next day . Aaron the owner, came out and completed the job of changing out my thermostat . Wonderful consciousness worker !! I will definitely refer him and his wonderful company to my family and friends 🥰

Customer Service/Estimate.
There should be an option above 5 stars for companies like Rogers Mechanical! Our 20+ year old heat pump was in need of replacement. We wanted to use a local, family owned company that had great customer service, quality work and a reasonable price. Rogers exceeded expectations in all aspects. Of the six estimates we received, Aaron was the most thorough in asking questions to determine what we were looking for in a new system. He even came back to take additional measurements to ensure the system he quoted us would not exceed the capacity of the duct work in our home. He gave us two options thoroughly explained them both.

Installation
We were informed the day before and the morning of our scheduled installation and they arrived on-time and were extremely professional. Aaron, Nick and Gary's craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Despite the pouring rain, they were able to get the new system installed without issue. Aaron walked me through the new system and answered all questions I had. They take pride in their work and it shines through in their installation. Rogers is a top notch company and I would not hesitate to use them again. They have a customer for life. If you are in need of Heating or Cooling service, don't hesitate to call Rogers Mechanical!! You will not be disappointed.

Not a good experience for me. I've had nothing but false promises and Lies from them. He sent to kids to install my unit, they install the air handler upside down. Had the new thermostat go bad, took him 2 mouths to final replace, a long with extreme high power bills. Not sure if I even have my warranty on the unit. Plus he talks more than a politician. So. No I'm happy.

I was under contract with a another HVAC company, I had no heat they came out said they needed to order a gas guage and would be back the next day, they keep saying they would be out, 4 days later they fixed my HVAC. 24 hours later it was not working. I called Aaron's office in the am by that afternoon he had it fixed. He stands by his word, If you want somone with integrity who cares this is the guy!

These guys are all about the quality of services and not trying to make a quick buck. I’ve had issues with both my heating and cooling this year and they have gone out of their way to effectively resolve my issues at a more than fair price. They’re very professional with great communication skills. I highly recommend Rogers Mechanical.

We are new to the area and we googled hvac. Rogers was one of the businesses that came up and they had good reviews so I have them a call. They came later that afternoon. The tech, who i later found out owns the business, took his time to explain and show us what he was doing. He was very methodical and thorough. Everything worked great when he left. He definitely knows his stuff! I would absolutely recommend Rogers Mechanical!
