Reviews of local pros in Providence Forge, Virginia

Service provided for my mom. The technician was punctual, professional and very polite. He informed her of each step of the process and the results of each component inspection. We would highly recommend this company!

Rogers Mechanical is top notch! Frankly, I have used several other big name companies and they do not compare to the customer service, knowledge, and excellent support that Rogers does. Excellent staff and technicians; knowledgeable, professional, and not in the market to upcharge you. By far, the best choice for HVAC service, maintenance, and installation.

Excellent isn't a strong enough word to describe how awesome Rogers Mechanical is! We called regarding a heating issue (couldn't maintain temperature in our house and our gas bill was ridiculous). Aaron was able to come out the next morning (day before the winter storm) to take a look. He took the time to show and explain everything and answered any questions we had. It ended up being a quick fix and a very reasonable price. The result was immediate; we maintained a steady temp throughout the day and night and finally woke up to a house that wasnt freezing! Definitely recommend Rogers Mechanical!

The owner (Aaron) and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and experienced with a wide variety of HVAC systems. They also take the time to explain the problem and walk through the various options available. They are also very responsive and do excellent work. Aaron is very trustworthy and doesn’t take advantage of the situation and explains your various options. I would highly recommend Aaron on his team to anyone.
