We used Zulma's to clean our condo when we moved out. They did a fantastic job and are super friendly. It is amazing how good the place looks. The stainless steel appliances look brand new. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and plan to use them again before a move out.

I have been using Zulma's Maid services for many years and not once did they fail at providing excellent total house cleaning services for us. They are always professional and very timely. Zulma and her team were fantastic!! I was able to schedule her last minute and she worked around our schedule. She was on time, fast and efficient!! They went above and beyond and even took care of our dishes in the sink, in which we didn't expect or ask for, and was a nice surprise! Her prices are very reasonable compared to others. They adhered to COVID precautions as well. They were very thorough and thoughtful! I definitely recommend her and will use again!!

I highly, highly recommend Zulma, Giovanni and their entire team. They consistently do a very detailed and thorough cleaning. They are honest and responsible. I feel completely comfortable leaving my home with them. We have had a few cleaners over the years. I was very nervous about finding someone after we lost my parents’ cleaner whom I’ve known for 25 years. Through google reviews I found Zulma. They had much better pricing than a local, larger competitor and offered much more services. They have never complained about dealing with our 5 dogs. They are super nice and friendly. I really am incredibly grateful to have found them.

Cleaned the house before we moved in. Sellers/movers left some mess and floors were dirty. This crew did a great job! recommend! 10/10

It’s been few months that I have been using their services and I must say the crew does a good job. I’m really happy I got someone who are very good at what they do and add on I don’t need to keep on tell them what they have to do. Just tell them once and it’s done. We've been using Zulma's Maid for over a year and we love their service. Everyone is very friendly and our house is always amazingly clean. Giovanni has always been polite, flexible, and pleasant to work with. This is a high-value service that I highly-recommend.

Even though it was not our responsibility to contact you about a missed scheduled cleaning, we reached out to you via the phone number from which you contacted us, there was no response for several days and there was no voice message about contacting the office because you were "out of the country". Once we left a review you contacted us and asked us to take down the review (2 months ago), but what you didn't do was try to reschedule or rectify the situation or even appologize.

I stand by my comment that Zulmas Main blew us off because we made a report of damage. They did not contact us multiple times as claimed either. We had no contact from their office or a secretary at all, even though they set up the appointment that was missed.

We had a good experience with this company up until we found a damaged blind, see picture, string retied and blades of blind not straight. The owner "Giovani" emphatically denied the damage however we know the blind was not in this condition before the last cleaning. After discussion Giovani offered to replace the blind and came a few days later and replaced it. We thought this was great and nice he went out of his way to take care of it. Where things went wrong is the company did not show up for the next scheduled cleaning and is no longer replying to our texts. Essentially they are now totally incognito after replacing the damaged blind. As a previous reviewer reported this company blocked them and ignored them as well after an incident. This demostrates a lack of problem solving ability and lack of professionalisim.

If Zulma's Maid no longer wants to clean our home, then why not just say so? Being ignored like this is very strange and not something we've expereienced, especially after the damaged blind was replaced.

We're left scrambling to find a new service and left wondering why they won't reply, perhaps this review will let them know that simple communication and clarity goes a long way rather than blowing us off which is childish at best.

So happy we found Zulma’s! We have used them twice now and both times have been so pleased with the results. The team is thorough, friendly, my kids love the blanket bows they leave once they’re done - and the prices are highly competitive. Call them - you won’t be disappointed!
