I strongly advise not allowing Ned Steven gutter cleaning to save your credit card information. Without my permission and without notifying me, they came to my property, cleaned the gutters, and charged my credit card even though I never authorized the service.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. A company should always confirm service and obtain customer approval before doing any work—especially when charging a saved card.

I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

I don’t enjoy having to leave this negative review. I was a customer for over six years with Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning; they would come out several times a year under contract to clean my gutters due to heavy foliage fall. Unfortunately, the last two years have been a decline in service. I found torn shingles on the ground after one service and often had big piles of leaves come out of my down spout despite the regular cleaning and gutter guards. When I took a look at my garage roof, which is the lowest roof visible, I realized they bent up and damaged the gutter guards. When I reported the issue, they took pictures (after 2 calls) and escalated to management but I never heard any response. I had to call a number of times to cancel, as they kept talking me out of it saying they would resolve it through escalation. I gave up and made them cancel the contract after about three tries and a lot of wasted time on hold. Several months later, they tried to follow up and ask if I would come back. I explained the prior issues to the new rep that called me. He also promised to escalate to management… which I again have not heard back from in over a month. I’m not holding my breath. I had another company come out and fix the gutter guards, as well as clean the gutters. The damage cost me a significant amount of money to fix, and the gutter guards will have to be replaced as the fix is temporary. Even if they called to fix this today, I would not trust them on my roof again.

Horrible service and customer service . Came unprepared and did not finish because of a ‘broken vacuum ‘ I had this scheduled for three days because I had family visiting, and they were late as well as rude when explaining why they weren’t finishing. I tried to call the manager or person who answered the number and they would not picked up and then blocked me. No explanation or trying to reschedule. I think they were lazy and didn’t feel like finishing, horrible all around.

Zulma and her team are very reliable and professional. They communicate well and are flexible to work with your busy schedule. I highly recommend this company to everybody.
