Norma led her team to clean my three story single family house. Norma and her team showed up right on time. They cleaned thoroughly and did not mind my friendly dogs. They made our beds beautifully. Norma and her team met or exceeded all of my expectations! I look forward to their next visit.

Norma and her team have been nothing short of a blessing! My house was disgusting, I was not keeping up with it at all. Dog hair coated the stairs, couch, beds, etc. The team came twice to do a complete house reset and now they come every two weeks to clean and maintain. If you are looking for dedicated cleaners that do a fantastic (and judgement free) job, look no further!! I feel like a new person in my clean house :)

Norma is absolutely incredible - this was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service for a new home deep clean, and she did a phenomenal job. The previous owner had several pets leaving behind a monumental amount of cat/dog hair, and I can honestly say I haven’t seen any since. I requested a deep cleaning and was truly amazed at all the things she was able to do with just a few hours. It looks like a totally different place! Am so happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!

We paid for an initial deep clean, and the results were amazing! Norma’s attention to detail made a huge difference, especially in a home with five animals. She was extremely professional and trustworthy, and we’ll be using her services twice a month going forward. Highly recommend!

We had them clean our business after a party and the place looks like new. Can't say enough about their service.

I didn't even know my apartment could be this clean as funny as that sounds, in just a matter of hours they cleaned the whole place perfectly. I am very pleased with this service and plan to get regular cleanings.

Edit: I've gotten them a couple of times since then, they do a very good job, the hours can be spotty but if you're flexible with time I think they're a great cleaning service.

I hired Reston Home Cleaning for a moving deep clean. They did an ok job cleaning, not perfect so we had to go back over and redo a few areas. My biggest issue is a member of the crew decided to help themselves to our Bose portable Bluetooth speaker. The house was nearly empty as the movers had not yet arrived. We looked everywhere thinking perhaps it had just been moved while cleaning that particular area. It was no where to be found in the empty house (a few items in 2 closets was the only thing there.)

When confronted about it, first by my wife upon discovery it was missing (she wanted to play music) and second when I called to ask, lady I spoke with denied even seeing it (it had been sitting on a bathroom counter, no way to have missed it unless they didn’t clean that bathroom)

There’s only one logical conclusion because NOBODY else was in that house except for them and my wife.

Use at your belongs’ risk.

As far as it not being reported, no, I’m sure you’re sticky fingered employee would not report that both I am my wife called to report the item was missing. We also filed a police report about the theft.

About your unnecessary passive aggressive comment. No; we did not find our speaker. We were just moving in, and the movers had not yet arrived. There was NO PLACE for it to have gotten lost. It was on the bathroom counter when my wife stepped out to get coffee and it was gone when she got back. Of course she asked about it immediately and got stammering denials.

I stand by my accusation. When all other possibilities are rules out, the obvious conclusion remains.

Unfortunately, the Cleaners on Sunset Hills road is closing so I thought I would try the Location on sunrise Valley Drive, no comparison!
Totally different customer service experience, very unwelcoming not to mention it has a very unpleasant smell that is very noticeable upon entry

Get shirts washed and ironed there regularly with no issues.
