12 Hours after the service…
The carpet was soaking wet but the technician said it would be dry after 8 hours. It’s still soaking wet after 12 hours with the all the windows open. The stains masked by the drenched carpet is back after the 12 hours. My steam cleaner would have worked better. It was expensive and completely not worth it.

Crews from Reston Carpet Keepers did three jobs for us in connection with the recent sale of our home: washed all our windows; cleaned the exterior of our gutters and downspouts; and cleaned the interior of the house in preparation for the buyers' walkthrough prior to closing. In all three cases the results were exceptional, beyond what we even imagined possible. Crews were very courteous and accommodating. We would hire them again in a heartbeat whenever the occasion arises.

Amazing responsiveness and value! They did a great job staining and repairing hardwood floors. They also worked incredibly quickly on our bathrooms and kitchen laminate installation. I wished I would’ve known they could’ve even helped us install our toilets at the same time. A great one stop shop!

I had to call carpet keepers because I had one time carpet cleaner come out earlier and left the carpet soaked and still not clean. Carpet keepers came out even though he was 2 hours away looked at what I had going on he gave me a really great price and did a great job carpet was dry and smelled great. If you need your carpet done you really should give them a chance you will be very happy. Thank you!!!

The owner provided excellent service. Our carpet is older and needed a deep clean. He was friendly, efficient, detail oriented and addressed our concerns. Our carpet looks and smells amazing compared to before the cleaning. Definitely would hire again.

This is the second time I’ve used Carpet Keepers and what the company doesn’t know is: They’re stuck with me! They are timely, efficient, communicative, responsive, and their work is impeccable. Our carpets look brand new. Lastly, the price can’t be beat.
