Nice garden market with farm animals on site. Kids loved looking and petting the pigs and goats. Also a nice fish pond with lots of gold fish. Owner seemed helpful and accommodating.
-
Great people, selection, and atmosphere. Owner and employees are helpful and attentive. Will be coming back for all of my garden and seasonal needs!
-
Beautiful nice clean garden and everything else. I was hoping to see more produce than what I saw. I was overall happy with the cleanliness and overall displays.

Love updating our landscape and garden here. The big kids come for the baked goods and the little guy comes for the Koi pond and the farm animals. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff also makes it a joy to come here.

Top tier garden center in all the right ways. Excellent quality (they’re a master nursery), tons of variety of plants but also general garden suppled like beautiful pots and soils. Great pottery selection and big sales on them! Super knowledgeable staff and always very friendly. Animals and fun events for the kids (our kids love running around here). Worth it for sure and recommend checking it out!

Fall Festival is THE best !!!!!!
Love this family owned business
Still such a cute pumpkinfest and great nursery for all your needs. We get our Christmas tree here and flowers etc. -
Visited the “Pumpkin Patch/Fall Fest” today with my family and was highly disappointed. It looked nothing like the website or the video on TikTok/IG. It was marketed as a black-owned farm but upon arrival just says family-owned which is deceiving. Either way we wanted to support a smaller farm. It’s easy to find but nothing amazing about it. Free self-service parking on a gravel lot that oddly extends through the whole facility. The fall fest consisted of pigs & goats as well as maybe 5 inflatable bouncy castles/slides & two games in a congested front area of the “farm”. Too small of a space for the amount of inflatables and kids in attendance. They do allow 1 free pumpkin per child ticket, but the pumpkins are all on the smaller side. There was not a hayride or tractor ride but instead a train that took you around the “patch” , display of pumpkins and flowers for sale. The ride takes all of 3 minutes and half of it is watching the cars drive by on Leesburg Pike. Really no spots for cute fall photos of the little ones unless you’re posing in front of a pumpkin display or sit your child on top of a pumpkin. To top it all off, the store did not have many seasonal treats and the shelves were pretty empty. Thankfully we found some apple cider donuts. We were highly disappointed and ended up going to the Leesburg Animal Farm to make up for it. Thankfully the tickets weren’t too expensive but if I could get my money back I would. Unless there are major changes within the next year I will not be going back.

The Reston Farmers is a great place to get your perennials, veggies, potting soil, and old school pop when you “NEED” it during the week. They also offer planting seeds and have a nice selection of children’s toys. I love purchasing tomatoes, corn, and any one of the Joe’s Truck Lemonades. Love coming here where the staff is so knowledgeable and nice to my little ones.

An absolute fall favorite!
We took my younger siblings to the Reston Farm Garden Market Fall Fest, and they had an absolute blast! From the moment we arrived, everything was so family-friendly, well organized, and full of festive charm. The staff was welcoming, the activities were nonstop fun, and the atmosphere just radiated fall magic — from the train rides to the pumpkins and treats. 🍂🎃
It’s rare to find something that both kids and adults enjoy this much. We’ve already decided this will be a new family tradition, and we can’t wait to come back every year! -
I was visiting from North Carolina and stopped in for some firewood for a friend. This was January 24th and the ground was covered in snow! I spotted a birdbath I liked and inquired about it. Alison and the staff were so helpful and friendly! It's the off season so not a lot of people buying bird baths. They went the extra mile to dig out the one I wanted which was no easy feat given all the snow on the ground. A couple days later, after the thaw, I got my bird bath, took it home to NC and I couldn't be happier! It's beautiful! Thanks to Reston Farm Garden Market and all their staff! You're the best! Oh yeah, the firewood was great too. They even loaded it into my car for me! 1/4 of a cord!

The best flowers I have ever bought. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and how to take care of them. They helped me select the perfect plant for my balcony, as well as the best products to tale care of it. I usually have a black thumb but it's been 2 weeks and my geraniums are absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait to go back and make my balcony look like a lush flower paradise!

The staff was super friendly and let us know the loaf cakes are baked Fri, Sat, and Sun and you can order ahead. The zucchini loaf was still warm and VERY good! Lots of nice plants to choose from and animals to feed in the front!

Not my favorite honey do but the mini zoo and music made the trip very enjoyable. We succeeded in purchasing seasonal plants without hurting the wallet too much. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We attended the fall festival on 10/10/2020. Very fun outdoor event with limited capacity so it wasn't too crowded. Our under 2 year old enjoyed the bouncy house, the slide, feeding the animals and most of all the train ride. 99% of people wore their masks except for 1 woman and she was served some serious side eye. They have additional activities like face painting and caricature drawing for an extra fee. They also sell sweets and drinks. We really liked that they cleaned the train after every ride boarded every other seat. The ticket allows you in for 90 minutes which is more than enough time. As most kids were getting tired after an hour.

First time at this place after driving passed it for years. It's bigger than I expected and is great for kids of all ages! Blow-up slides, bounce houses, face painting, and a petting zoo. A little market selling apple cider donuts 🤤 and other snacks alongside some yard items. The petting zoo was great for all the Littles.

Workers were very nice and helped me find the red summer perennials I wanted to find!! Very comfortable atmosphere, plus cat!! Farm attractions are not main selling point, it is a supply store. Even had terrariums!
-
Just a very small space with 5 moon bounces set up, a train that takes you in a circle twice. Kids ages 4,7,9 they enjoyed the bounce houses but wasn't worth the money spent. Snacks were good, limited selection byt very good the donuts were great. The "petting zoo" was a few goats and pigs behind a fence that could be fed through the fence. All the plants were over priced, we will not be returning.

Friendly staff is very helpful but not intrusive; allow plenty of time for wandering. Nice selection of plants and minor treats. They have a few live animals (goats and such) for interactions, these seem well cared for. Recommended.

Reston Farm Garden Market is a breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of Reston life 🙂
During the Spring and Summer season, there is an incredible amount of perennials, annuals, house plants, veggies and herbs to chose from with the option to place "Special Orders" for specific varieties you are looking for. They have the largest Proven Winners selection in the area!
Anything and Everything you need for your garden, you can find here... fertilizers, compost, soil, plants, garden decorations, bird feed, organic and chemical remedies for pests, animals, disease, etc., trellis selection - the list truly keeps going on
As for food and snacks, this is the go-to place to find those unique snacks thay you won't find anywhere else OR the freshly baked goods!! Like the Apple Cider Donoughts which they make fresh every day 😍
Oh! And the local Honey options they have here!! Allergies?? They have the solution!
The best thing is that they are open for the Autumn and Winter seasons too with all of their Pumpkins and Christmas trees.. there is a Fall Fest at the end of September and I really just can't say enough good things about this place.
If you haven't been by RFGM, definitely put it on your list of things to do! The goats and the Pigs are always happy to make new friends and you might even see the barn cat Mai saying hello in the afternoon
Any questions? Feel free to give them a call. The customer service and knowledge of the folks that work there is out of this world -
Great place for Halloween fun for the littles and to buy plants. Lacy, one of the plant experts, was wonderful with helping me find plants that I likely won't kill. She was kind and really took the time to explain plant things to me as my toddlers ran around and were a handful. She was very patient with them and made them smile. Lacy was very knowledgeable and I very much appreciated her and the rest of the staff! And I'm so happy with the plants she helped me pick!!!
