Lab Exteriors is a great company. They are just getting going, but bring a lot of experience to the table. They focus on quality and value. I got numerous quotes for my roof and suffered through some long sales pitches. They all try to gouge you while making it seem like you are getting a good deal. Thankfully I found Lab. Lab does everything the other companies do and offer a great warranty as well. With Lab, you won't get any sales gimmicks. Just the facts and a fair price. It was refreshing. The work was done timely, professionally, and exactly the way they said it would. Thank you Lab Exteriors!

My wife and I spent hours meeting with multiple roofing and window contractors. Brandon/Lab Exteriors was the only one to completely and honestly lay out the scope and expected cost of the work (which was less expensive than every other contractor we spoke too -- big name or small name).

Throughout the entire process Brandon kept me up to date with timing of installation, who would be running the crew, and what the expectation of the crew would be. For both the roof and window installations, Brandon made a point to show up to the site and ask how things were and if we had any questions.

With every question I asked him he took the time to break down exactly what was happening and why it was happening.

Would absolutely recommend Brandon/Lab Exteriors for anyone looking for a new roof or window installation.

I apologize for the delay in providing feedback, but I would like to share my experience with this exceptional company. They replaced the roof and all the windows in my home, and I can confidently say I have never encountered such outstanding service in my life. This company is truly one of the best for home improvement projects.
Their team demonstrated excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. The services they provided were not only affordable but also of exceptional quality. I am 100% satisfied with their performance and professionalism. While I had received appraisals from several companies for my roof and window replacements, I was particularly impressed when Brandon visited my home to provide an estimate. His pricing and thorough explanation stood out.
After replacing the roof, I was so impressed with their service and communication that I decided to have the entire house's windows replaced as well. Brandon, Alex, and Dan proved to be a fantastic team. They managed the entire process with my insurance company for the roof damage, ensuring everything was approved. All I had to do was sign the necessary documents, and they handled the rest efficiently and seamlessly.

Great! I had a great experience with Lab Exteriors. Brandon was great in getting my roof assessed and writing up a quote. They were by far the best and most competitive price. All other companies that I got quotes from then turned around and met the price I got from Lab. So Lab gives you the best price from the beginning. The crew was efficient— getting the project done in a snap. Start to finish—- just great. Would definitely go back and use Lab for my next project.

We have used Lab Exteriors for new doors and windows this year and have been very happy with the results. The products used are excellent and the service and prices are exceptional.

I initially contacted Lab Exteriors for a service that they usually don’t offer. It was a total misunderstanding on my part, but that didn’t stop Brandon from going way above and way beyond to make sure I was taken care by LE’s crew. Definitely an asset to our community and I’m sure everyone will be seeing much more of Lab Exteriors for a very long time, and we’ll all be better for it!

Could not be happier! From start to finish Brandon and Alex and the entire Lab Exteriors Team was amazing to work with. Their craftsmanship...even more amazing. Having done several major projects on our home previously (roof, kitchen remodel, etc.), we are experienced in dealing with all types of contractors and none of them come close to the professionalism, attention to detail, and care that the Lab Exteriors Team provided us. Highly recommend!

We hired lab exteriors to redo our sidings. Alex is very courteous and helpful, in providing ideas and advice. With the great reviews they have got, their quote is still the best we received (They were the second firm we contacted. I was leaning towards them already but contacted two more firms after them just for comparison). The work quality lived up to the good reviews. They do good work as they give you 10 years warranty to back it up. The only thing is that I would advise to contact them earlier than you really want your project to be done as they are quite popular. We waited for three months due to snow. But it’s very worth it!

We researched several highly recommended companies trough our neighborhood Facebook site and LAB Exteriors came out number one thanks to Brandon and his keen ability to listen to our needs and make sure we were getting what we wanted for our home's repairs. When we started the process, LAB Exteriors did not have a window/screen vendor, but in a few short days - and knowing this was one of the needs we had - Brandon and his team got a vendor signed on and he too did great work. I cannot be happier with the customer service and excellent workmanship shown by Brandon, his partners, and all of their great teams (roofing, fascia/siding, gutters & downspouts, and now windows/screens) at LAB Exteriors. Two paws up!!!

Lab Exteriors team was great! Competitively priced and excellent, prompt work. They replaced our entire roof and we are very happy with it.

Lab Exteriors did a great job wrapping the fascia on my flat roof house. They replaced damaged/rotted wood before expertly installing metal over the fascia. The crew was professional while working and left the worksite immaculate. The job was completed in one day and it really improves the look of the house.

I worked with Brandon, who was helpful from start to finish. He was quick to address any of my concerns, and was involved daily on the project supervising the crew. LAB Exteriors removed an ageing Pergola over our garage door, and the "James Hardie" siding where the Pergola was attached to the house. They resided that section of the house with "James Hardie" to match the existing siding. They are a verified "James Hardie" contractor, which is why we selected them. The workers were very professional, meticulous, and respectful. The work was completed in one day with no problems of any kind. We are completely satisfied with the results and highly recommend them.

I discovered water damage on my ceiling. Suspecting a leaky roof, I called LAB Exteriors. They responded quickly and was able to send out a crew to investigate the next day. They discovered the issue and covered the problematic area with a tarp to mitigate the problem while LAB Exteriors took care of filing claims with my insurance.
I worked with Brandon, who also owns the company. Throughout the process, Brandon has been easy to work with and he responded to my questions quickly. He even helped with gathering the required info to submit to the HOA for approval.
On the installation day, the crew arrived on time and finished the installation quickly.
Roof replacement can be a stressful process but LAB Exteriors made it as stress free as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had talked with 4 different contractors before I reached out to Bradon at Lab Exteriors, and in just about 30 minutes of interaction with him, it was an easy choice to go with them. I got several design ideas and renderings almost real time, and they greatly helped with us with the lengthy and rigorous HOA approval process. We replaced the old vinyl siding with new Evolve stone siding with all old sheathing replaced as well. Their staff was very skillful and mindful, and started and finished the job punctually as planned. We cannot be happier with the final results! I highly recommend Lab Exteriors.

My husband and I were delighted to work with LAB Exteriors in our total home remodeling project. After interviewing several local contractors, we decided to go with Brandon and Alex and LAB Exteriors because they had fair pricing but most importantly they were knowledgeable professional and we knew we were in good hands. One thing that was important to us above all else was effective communication. Brandon was great at keeping us informed throughout the process before, during and after! It was great knowing we were working with one of the owners directly on this project and gave us great peace of mind.

In total, they replaced our roof, siding, trim, windows, gutters and added gutter guards. While not every aspect of the job went as we had hoped, Brandon and Alex were committed to ensuring we were taken care of through the project. A project of this size is a massive undertaking but the guys at LAB Exteriors pulled it off!

Each crew that worked on our home was professional and did fantastic work. They cleaned up their workspace and accommodated us on minor change orders throughout the process.

Most importantly, we were happy to see the owners of the company checking on the project routinely throughout.

I took my time in selecting a roofing contractor. I did much research, heard several pitches, and took recommendations. It took more than a month. I was unsure who to go with, or whether to go with anyone at all. Then, I met Brandon from LAB Exteriors, and it all made so much sense. He could explain his plan with such accuracy, but he also explained it in a way that made sense.

My initial meeting with Brandon was like pulling back the curtain. I immediately could see LAB's focus on being a fair and ethical company. I saw how Brandon determined the best options for my house, and I saw how he examined my ideas with what my house needed. He showed me on his software exactly where the pricing came from; unlike most contractors, LAB starts with their best price instead of being talked down to it. It became more of a consultation rather than a performance or pitch like you see in much of the industry. He educated me in the different vendors and the options with each. LAB has great relationships with vendors.

Brandon offered the quote after our first meeting, did not do pressure pitch, and it was easy - basically, it was the opposite of much of the industry. If I could describe my experience with LAB, in a word, it would be this: transparency. I find we can't use that word with much of anything these days, so to be able to use it in a specialized industry that could easily exploit my lack of knowledge says much about the character and ethics of the company. My wife felt comfortable as well.

Brandon and I went through several options and how different materials would work on my roof, door, and windows. I was indecisive, and it was never a problem if I wanted a new work up, material, or addition to the project. In fact, Brandon shared several resources with me where I could build what I liked and share it with him. He humored me and let me design whatever I wanted, and then he showed me how he ran the numbers. LAB underpromised what they could do, and then they over delivered in what they did. My house is in much better shape than before.

LAB proved that you can trust a contractor, and they broke the stereotype that contractors take advantage of people. They are very much a local company, and they give back to the community. If you are looking for a contractor and you try some of the big companies around here, you will likely walk away disappointed. I strongly suggest talking to LAB Exteriors. Even if you think you found your best option, I suggest you give LAB a call. You won't regret it.

I'm so grateful that I decided to have LAB Exteriors put on a new roof for me! I felt they were going to be trustworthy and complete the job with excellence and they DID NOT disappoint! Their crew arrived in a timely manner and consistently looked out for my safety when I would step out of the house and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up the worksite!
