Lab Exteriors continues to exceed our expectations on every level - honesty, service, professionalism, quality of work and follow through. We’ve known them for over a year now and worked with them on multiple projects. I never thought I’d say this about a contracting company but we’ve never been disappointed. Alex and Brandon have been so easy to work with and very accommodating. We highly recommend them and would confidently use them again for any of their services.

I actually found this company because I saw their sign in a neighbor’s yard after they completed a project in our neighborhood. I figured if someone nearby trusted them, it was worth giving them a call — and I’m really glad I did.

We’ve now done several projects together. The first one was replacing our gutters. After we agreed on the terms, they showed up the very next day and finished everything quickly and efficiently, without needing much involvement from me. The work was done well and exactly as promised.

Later, they replaced our roof, siding, and soffits. Again, everything was on time, on budget, and high quality. No surprises and no issues.

What really stood out to me was how they handled the insurance process for the roof replacement. They managed all the estimates, negotiations, and communication with the insurance company directly. I didn’t have to go back and forth with anyone or chase paperwork. With my busy schedule, that made a huge difference — and in the end, I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket.

They’re easy to work with, always positive, and very organized. The electronic paperwork and clear communication made the whole process smooth.

Overall, it’s just been a very solid experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Worked with Brandon after interviewing 4 different contractors and landed on Brandon and was not disappointed. His crew led by Jose was amazing and did a ridiculously awesome job.
