They were fantastic in diagnosing and immediately repairing my washer that I had not been able to use for a month. Quick, fast and clean! They were even able to provide a temporary solution until the permanent part was here so I could finally catch up on laundry. Will only be requesting them to work on our appliances in the future

Unfortunately a very poor experience. The technician was nice while on site but was unprepared to complete the task. Was over-quoted by hundreds to fix a frozen ice maker and customer service representative was extremely rude when asked about the process. I would not recommend, very disappointed.
Update: I spoke with another business in town that told me to contact Samsung and gave me the information to do so. They said it would be covered which it was…so the repair was done free of charge. Glad I didn’t just say ok and pay the $600.

BEFORE YOU READ ---- THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF FAKE REVIEWS!!!!!!
This "company" came out to my house earlier this week to diagnose my fridge issue. My fridge was not working, so I wanted to find out what was going on. The techs did a great job and told me that I need a new "run capacitor" and "stater". Ok great!! They said they'd send that along to procurement and they'd get back to me.
Fast forward -- they got back to me.. They told me Samsung discontinued all of these replacement products for my 5 YEAR OLD FRIDGE with a 10 YEAR WARRANTY. I proceeded to ask a customer service rep by the name of Nyasia. She proceeded to cuss me out over a recorded line, which I would like to receive a copy of. I simply want to know the part numbers that are discontinued so that I can order them myself but I couldn't hear myself over her cuss words.
