Constraction reviews in Richmond, Virginia

New apartments in Chester. Calligrafia the stylish is an understatement.

Met with Carter and had a wonderful conversation about life!!! Looking forward to learn more about the construction world of Breeden!

I live in the Richmond Family 1 & 2 community. I looked up who handled the revitalization and this company came up. The apartments are poorly reconstructed. From the flooding in the front and back of my unit when it rains to the paint coming off the walls from anything that touches it. My washer doesn't work and management said that it is a construction issue. They have multiple units with the same issue. There are 2 lights in the kitchen with a 3rd in the hallway between the livingroom and the kitchen. There are 2 switch plates that house the livingroom and the kitchen switches. These 3 lights work off one switch. So, I have to have all three lights on at one time. The livingroom light is connected to the light at the bottom of the stairs. It comes on with the livingroom light and not the light designated for the stairs. There are cable outlets in all the rooms but there was no wires ran to those outlets in the walls. So we have to have cable wires running around our apartment walls. I expected so much more moving here but I guess all low income apartments get the bare minimum because I have seen other apartments they have done that are beautiful and efficiently constructed.

I have a deeply disturbing experience connected to an employee of this company, whose name I will share to the appropriate management, involving severe ethical misconduct and inappropriate behavior. The employee took advantage and exploited a woman who was significantly under the influence and was unable to give clear consent. The company has failed to respond appropriately by removing this man from his position. I would strongly caution anyone interacting with their staff, especially in vulnerable situations. The lack of accountability speaks volumes…

Keith was great to work with. We were closing my dads home and needed some repair quickly. Great job and company

Have used Green Jay Property Solutions since 2015. Reliable, affordable. Great work!

Absolutely professional work and communication. Pricing was fair with no surprises. Will use them again!

Needed immediate services and Jay was willing and able. Very pleased with their work and look forward to continuing this working relationship!!!!!

They do great work. Always professional. Would recommend them for anything

Green Jay did such a great job on snow removal I intend to hire them for the work. Their team gets the job done! Reef

Great team and great work! Been working with them a few a few years and they are very reliable and responsive.

I cannot thank Green Jay Property Solutions enough! I needed work done on my roof in a very short time frame and man did they show up! My roof was cleaned with before and after photos provided and it looked brand new after! Not only did they do an exceptional job, but communication and professionalism was top notch with a fair price. I will use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Jay ( and Keith ) have been doing my Yard work for the last two years. They are reliable, hard working and professional. This past week we had them clear our driveway after the nasty snow and ice. This was a new service that they accomplished beautifully. They are always quick to respond and I have no hesitation in recommending Jay and his crew.

They repaired and painted 3 rooms to look like new in a short period of time... Price? Was cheap... I guess I got a ridiculous price because it's winter... Take advantage now and get your painting done now at an extremely low price... Perfect job!!

I never had damage to my home like this. Elwood was so helpful and informative, also the repairs were done right and faster than I thought possible. Two thumbs up thank you Elwood

I had high hopes for EF Yates Construction after my home was rebuilt by them following a fire and my experience matched! Thank you so much :)

Our kitchen was redone after water damage destroyed most of it. I was really happy with the finished product.

After dealing with contractors that left our house nothing like we expected. EF Yates came in and did a great job. Both my wife and I were very pleased.
We also used them at my son in laws house. Again the job was completed in a very professional manner.

I worked with Elwood and his team at E F Yates on my house renovations after a sudden pipe burst caused severe water damage. they were professional, communicative and did a wonderful restoring my home to better then it was before. I couldnt be happier with the outcome and I highly recommend them for your next project (planned or unplanned)!! Thanks for everything E F team!!

Worked with Elwood and Rick after our home had some fairly extensive water damage. They were great to work with. They were on-site for the insurance adjusters walk though and ensured all damage was accounted for in the estimate. They have outstanding subs that they work with that made the process smoother. I even had them take on several side projects while they were tackling the major work. Highly recommend!

I had a water leak in the wall between my bathrooms. After mitigation was done to dry everything out E. F. Yates Construction came in and put everything back together better than it was originally. I would highly recommend them for repairing your home whether it’s damaged from a water leak or has major damage from a fire.
