I have used this company for years, for the most part they have met my expectations & staff was friendly. We have multiple homes and very seldom have them clean my entire house, we recently moved to a new build the main area's I requested the ladies to clean were our common areas and bathrooms.
They do not clean the entire house. Being this is a new build the bathrooms still look brand new.
My concern is the staff has started dragging out cleanings, I have observed the ladies running the vacuum cleaner in the same area for an extended amount of time on brand new flooring that only needed a quick dust/wet mop.
My last few cleanings I have been contacted by the office saying that the ladies need more time, based on the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, as much as I try to explain to the office the ladies are not cleaning my entire house & what I am observing in this new cleaning pattern, the office will not get what I am saying.
Example: I have had three cleanings at the new build, first cleaning I paid for a 2 hour cleaning, they finished in an hour and half and told me it had been 2 hours, I had to pull the ring camera footage and show them, then the next time they were only asked to do certain rooms but the ladies spent time taking pictures of rooms that still had moving boxes in them and the office called me and said the ladies need more time, today was the final straw, I paid for 3 hours, I also went into all bathrooms and cleared the counters off to make things super easy, I even helped with my bedroom, the office called and said the ladies need 20 more minutes, she said you have 5 bedrooms, I told the office they did not clean all my bedrooms, only 2, I have often overlooked any imperfections in work, even when they broke my blinds and today my power bar that was on my nightstand no longer works after they left, we had several homes they cleaned but today was the tipping point for me, and yes I normally tip the ladies well. Just disappointed in this new cleaning style. I could see my old house taking longer than this brand new home.

We initially used Perfect Cleaning for a few years and while the service was good initially, we noticed a steep decline in service the last several months eventually making us decide to cancel all future services after several months of issues. We had issues like prices being raised but service getting worse, cleaners not showing up at the time quoted, different cleaners arriving than our normal cleaners and we weren't told, and then the actual cleaning being inconsistent (some things left still dirty, floors not mopped, etc.) - a lot of the same issues recent reviewers have noted in recent reviews. What is more frustrating, is that in the last 2 or so months, they have begun calling me to rebook and I've had to say on more than one occasion we previously used this service and cancelled due to issues. Just this morning, they called again asking me to rebook and again, I said we do not use this service. I would pass on this business if you are looking for a cleaner and look elsewhere.

I'm very sad to say that perfect cleaning is less than perfect. Imperfect is a better description. Very poor work. I won't go into detail but I will ask a question of you all. How does a cleaner miss the intire TUB ?! I'm not done with Perfect Cleaning Company. Another question. Has anyone ever taken these people to small claims court? Something to ponder.

Initial 2-3 hour session for 338.00. Cleaning team was present for the entire duration. Inspection of the home after thier departure revealed a casual and cursory dusting with few if any objects moved during the dusting process. Clear and visible evidence of lint present on rugs that was not vacuumed or even noticed. Wood floors obviously casually vacuumed and casually mopped. No apparent attention to detail and far from the expected standard of initial "deep cleaning." Take your business elsewhere. I sure will.

The ladies arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and I was not at home, but things worked out well. I hired an initial 2 hour service just to have a feeling of it. Now I am getting them on weekly basis. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat, and I could not be happier.

I would love to have left a 5 star review, as I do believe the cleaners themselves did a good job; however, as two other reviews have mentioned, I now get an ENDLESS litany of phone calls from different numbers that sometimes sound like the original person I booked with, or the numbers come up online as other RVA cleaning services. I guess my number has been passed around now, but as one review mentioned---some of the voicemails are BIZARRE and incoherent, like someone butt dialed you on a bender.

I am beyond impressed with Perfect Cleaning! I purchased a 3-hour package, and the team delivered exceptional service—on time, professional, and incredibly thorough. They left my home looking spotless and refreshed. I was so impressed with their work that we decided to switch to weekly recurring cleanings. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch cleaning services!

I used them 1 time several years ago. There is a Gentlemen named Fabian who will NOT STOP calling me. It is super annoying. I’ve asked him to stop 50 times and he still calls asking “when will I need services again?” I likely would have used them again, but stoped because of him, I will never call them again. I also previously recommended 10+ family and friends in which I now told them all to look elsewhere because of him. Have some social cues Fabian. Stop pestering me please.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Perfect Cleaning, and I feel compelled to share so others don’t waste their money like I did. I hired them for a two-hour cleaning session, expecting a professional, thorough job, especially since I’d heard good things from their website. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but professional.

First off, they didn't even stay the full two hours I paid for. They wrapped up and left well before their time was up, but I still got charged for the full time. I wouldn’t have minded as much if they had actually done a decent job, but they didn’t even come close. I asked specifically for a few key things to be taken care of – like cleaning the shower, appliances, and the baseboards – thinking that would be standard for a cleaning service. But when I went to check afterward, none of these were done.

The shower still had soap scum and grime that any real professional should have been able to handle. The appliances, which I mentioned as an area that needed attention, looked untouched. The baseboards, which were a specific request, had obvious dust and dirt left on them. It seemed like they spent more time rushing through and skipping steps than actually focusing on the work. For the price, I was expecting a high level of detail, but this was beyond sloppy.

Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I ended up having to spend my own time cleaning up after they left, essentially doing the job I’d hired them to do. For a company that claims to be "perfect" at cleaning, they fall way short of that mark. I can’t recommend Perfect Cleaning to anyone looking for reliable, thorough service – this was a complete waste of money and time.
