Excellent service and work crew! Cleaned and removed Fungus on our 11 year old roof. Looks like brand new! Also did our sliding which is almost 40 years old (Aluminum) that also looks terrific. Handled all of the environmental concerns that we had. I would highly recommend this company. Completed all work in about 3 hours 9/30/21.

I bought a home in Richmond that was a rental for several years with
a large amount of neglect on the exterior. Mold, dirt and leaves covered the roof, siding, gutters and trim. A real mess.

The Pro's at Envirowash arrived on time, spent 4 or 5 hours washing the roof completely, along with the siding and brick.
Note: The whole house was painted white!

Upon completion, I could not believe how good the home looked from the roof, all the way down. Stunning!
The roof was spotless and the white paint became bright and super clean.

It was done so well, all I had to do was touch up the paint here and there.
A real blessing! The technicians cleaned up perfectly and left me with a home I can be proud of. Our neighbors were so happy to see the home
(that was the eyesore of the neighborhood) come back with stunning
results. Some of the neighbors have lived there for more than 50 years!

Called and spoke with a lady at the company and asked for an estimate for power washing a house. Didn’t hear anything for SEVEN days. Then someone shows up unannounced ringing my doorbell. I answer the door to see who it was. Spoke for a minute or so. He said, I’ll walk around and take a look and get some measurements. I asked when will I get the estimate and he said later today I’ll email it to you. I never heard a word back from them. How hard is it to get an estimate to power wash the house. Seems pretty simple. I would imagine you have a fixed rate per hundred or thousand square feet? Pretty poor service all around. Probably good it happened and went with someone else.

I hired Envirowash for a house, walkway and gutter cleaning and I'm very pleased with the results. Our front porch was looking pretty gross thanks to all of the spiders and insects that like to call it home, but now it looks like new. I didn't think it could look this good again without a fresh coat of paint and I didn't expect this kind of attention to detail. Our gutter downspouts were also pretty stopped up but after the cleaning and yesterday's rain they appear to be draining properly again. Two thumbs up!

First Class in all respects. I had a black algae and some moss growing on my roof in several shady areas. I learned of Envirowash through Mako Builders. After speaking with James Herbert at Envirowash, the next day Curtis Galbraith arrived at my home when he said he would, surveyed my roof situation, explained exactly how Envirowash performs its work, what the result would be, the cost, and when the work would be done. He emailed a written estimate consistent with his verbal estimate. Two or three days later a crew of three arrived, promptly went to work, cleaned the entire roof, made sure no residue of the cleaning materials remained on any part of my home. The algae and moss were gone, the roof looked brand new. Total time about 6 hours. It is such a pleasure to work with people who are reliable, expert in their trade, do exactly what they agree to do and on time. Lastly, the price was most reasonable.

No more mold..spider webs or just plain dirt! It's so clean and bright and white! Every surface on this house is remarkably clean! The light fixtures..the windows and the ceiling of the porch is spotless! I was in the house with my small dog (who I thought was going to be total spooked) from the sound. Because of their system with hot water it was not loud at all! She paid no attention to it at all!  The guys who came were prompt courteous and very respectful of our home. This experience was a 5 star experience!

The guys were professional, and on time each day. When the weather didn't cooperate, they were quick to reschedule. Overall very pleased with their work.

Envirowash did an amazing job!! They are a wonderful top notch company! I appreciated the work Envirowash did on our fence and deck. We had a portion of new fence installed previously and they came to clean the old portion of the fence. It now looks brand new, perfectly matching the freshly installed portion. Additionally I’d like praise their professionalism and courtesy. We worked with Justin and he was top notch.

My husband and I could not be happier with the power washing performed by Envirowash Power Washing recently at our home. Big Johnny did an exceptional job overseeing the work, ensuring we were 100+% satisfied!!! We had our entire home power washed, as well as the patio, sidewalk, concrete slabs that hold our heating/ac units, and lawn furniture. Everything was cleaned to perfection and looks so nice. We had our deck power washed and painted by Envirowash. While things did not go perfectly, in the end Curtis and the team made things right. The end result is a fantastic paint job that we are very pleased with.
