Letty does a great job taking care of our floors!

I do not recommend this company at all. The staff/cleaning crew did not do what I contracted them to do. I disputed the billing and they continued to call me nonstop even though they did not acknowledge how awful the cleaning job was. STAY AWAY.

When we were able to open our Spas in May after being closed because of Covid-19 we decided we needed a new very thorough cleaning company. Stratus Building Solutions of Richmond VA has been the best! They are always there when they say they will be. If something is not completed as we expected in the beginning, they came right back and fixed it. Recently we had to call them for an emergency cleanup situation. I called and text at 8:30 pm and they were there by midnight to take care of the job before business the next day. MacGregor and Matthew, you are the best!!
