Best place ever

Omg! I'm not sure if you've heard of these stores but they are big. I found the Haribo Sour Kicks gummies everyone else seems to be out of. But not the wal marts.
Okay, enough of that. 😄 It's a Walmart. No matter how nice the staff could/can be or is, all you want to do is get done and get as far away from that parking lot as possible. It's just not a fun shopping experience but it does have many things you may need, like this bead cord for my daughter's crafting.
It's also taking over the universe slowly. -
muy bien

It’s literally 8 am, I am a night shift worker, and two young men have been LEAFblowing DUST (no leaves, no grass, literal DUST) lazily directly outside my window for 30 minutes, and just stared at me when I asked them to stop and continued to leaf blow nothing but air for the next hour. I understand needing to get a job done, but aimlessly wandering around and creating incessant noise this early in the morning to avoid helping your coworkers or doing more work is absolutely ridiculous. The lawn work wasn’t even done well. Waking people up early just do to a crap job, too. Looks like an absolute MESS out here.

Hats off to CV for the transformation at Trails at Short Pump Apartments.

If you have a Honda or Toyota these jealous punks are gonna buzz your bumper. I was 3 feet off the curb. Zero excuses. Hire a more legal demographic please.

On 11/7, I came home from work to find my fake flowers blown all over my patio and my ceramic gnome statue knocked to the ground and broken. I checked my door camera and saw that an employee of Chapel Valley Landscaping Company was responsible. I immediately went to their website, uploaded the video and photos, and filed a complaint about my personal property being damaged.
On 11/11, I spoke with Spencer, who essentially told me it wasn’t malicious and that they are contracted to blow all hard surfaces around the property. However, my flowers and gnome statue were on a table, not on any hard surface that required blowing. There was absolutely no reason for a blower to be used on the table. My neighbor also has flowers on her patio table, and hers were not disturbed at all.
I am absolutely disgusted by the willful disregard for my personal property. Whether or not it was malicious—which I do not believe it was—it was, at best, careless. An employee of this company broke my statue, and they have done nothing to take responsibility or make it right.
If you are looking for a landscaping company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Chapel Valley does not take care, accountability, or responsibility for the damage their employees cause. -
Me parece una empresa que satisface el gusto de cualquier cliente con personas muy capacitadas para. Hacer cualquier tipo de trabajo

White car traveling on I-64 east towards Richmond today at 2:30pm cutting up traffic going at least 90mph and riding people’s bumper where all you see is the windshield of the car. If you’re going to speed and road rage on the interstate it’s probably best not to do so in the company vehicle. Speeding got you to your destination a whole 2 minutes quicker meanwhile you put everyone’s lives at risk today. Congrats!!

Can you please instruct your employees to not block traffic in an unsafe manner? There are plenty of parking lots for them to park in, they shouldn’t be blocking the view of traffic.

Informative, Professional, Reliable. Best in the industry.

I was visiting a location at Harbour View Court. The people representing your company were courteous and professional. I was taken aback by how kind they were. I rarely run into kind people period. They are a true credit to your company.
-
The management is very unprofessional and get other people to fire workers for them. Atleast do it yourself and for made up reasons none the less. They do not stand by you through anything. Guess they don't have an open door policy. Be careful when applying or have a back up. This is for the for the location by Chesterfield Mall of midlothian.

This company does the bare minimum. They leave patches of grass uncut. They don’t trim most of the time like they are supposed to. They aerate & don’t seed. My neighborhood deserves better than this. Highly unacceptable. Very disappointing.
-
Not suitable for large community jobs. To remove leaves they piled on grass and repeatedly ran over with lawn mowers. Leaves left in drive were blown up onto grassy areas or around dumpster enclosures. Leaves were not removed from residence walkways. Very poor work.

This company has complete disregard for common sense applications of what they do. They have a habit of trimming grass/plantings at dangerously close distances from vehicles in full parking lots and letting the clippings fly all over peoples cars. Very reckless and shows a complete disrespect for people's property. A former co-workers car was actually struck by the string on a weed-whacker.

Saw three of your employees in Hopewell today (Wednesday) and although they weren't on the job at the time I believe they may have been on lunch, they were just the nicest and most courteous! One gentleman offered to help me, but I didn't catch his name...but thanks!! They were representing your company well! Shows me you hire very good people!

This is a horrible company and the employees make me feel unsafe. I few months ago, a landscaper wrote a note on my door trying to date me/hit on me. Ever since that day. I keep checking my back to make sure the employees keep their distance. I also kindly asked a landscaper to move to another building because I was recovering from surgery. He said “I don’t speak English” and then I saw the same employee talk to another employee in FULL ENGLISH about what I asked and he point directly at my apartment door. I do not feel safe anytime this company comes to River Vista Apartment. I am truly disgusted by that company and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. You have lost the right to make things up to me. I am now always worried when I see them here. Truly disgusting company.

This company was chosen by the HOA in our brand new Ryan Homes 55 and up community.
They ran into my brand new fence in May, 3 months ago. They didn’t tell me they damage my fence. When I complained, it took several days for them to respond. The manager, Jim Tilley came out. He looked at it and assured me it would be repaired professionally with a company of my approval. It’s now August and no one has responded to my requests including my emails to Jim. They mow infrequently even though they are supposed to mow weekly. They just don’t show up some weeks even when it isn’t raining. They mowed my backyard yesterday for the first time in 3 weeks. They mowed down to the dirt so now I have huge clumps of dead grass all over the backyard and the grass looks terrible. It will probably die because it’s August, the hottest month of the year. The HOA says they should deal with the homeowners directly. It’s Community Partners. They say they will contact Ruppert about my fence damage but no one ever contacts me. No one addresses the damage they are doing to my grass at all. Don’t hire Ruppert.
