if i could leave 0 stars i would.. i was rear ended in my car by one of your work vehicles running a red light. my car is totaled!!!! hire better employees

I'm not sure which Rupert landscaping location does the work at Reflections of WestCreek in shortpump but this company gets paid way too much for the horrible job they have done. First of all they are using a chemical ice melt that turns a creamy blue and has severely burned my dog's paws. They are aware of how pet friendly this place is. Secondly, they snow plowed and bulldozed the parking lot but as they did they piled up ice and snow behind all of the vehicles, up to 3ft behind some cars, so now most of the people cannot get out. Who does this!!! People have been trying to dig their cars out all day using stuff like dust pans and most of them giving up. HORRIBLE JOB!!!! Thoughtless and inconsiderate to our fur babies and to us by trapping us here with an ice wall behind our cars!!!!

I’m a landscaper and was visiting Liberty Trace in Mechanicsville, Virginia. It really surprised me the grounds . So out of sorts, weeds growing in cracks of sidewalks , clusters of grasses not being blown out ..I realize crews only have a limited time on each property. With that being said, either they need to be scheduled more time or more training ..Landscaping I know from experience isn’t a easy job, with a proper staff with good communication with employees it makes for good Teams ( Crews ) in the field. I hope you find this helpful due to no company likes to lose clients. I wish your company the best of luck…🌲🏡🌳

Every single time they come service a lawn on canasta dr. They always leave their truck and trailer parked on the middle of the road causing a road hazard they come in the afternoon when there are cars coming and going from the neighborhood onto the main road I'm sure they may have great service but only to those who they service not the surrounding neighbors

2 workers started mowing my lawn in the middle of me getting it serviced with fertilizer and weed control. No communication didn’t even let me know they were there. Very disappointed in the service I received today. I called and left a voicemail but nobody picked up or called me back

Texted them to set up a 1-off lawn care appointment. They asked a couple routine questions and then told me a technician would view the property and they'd get me a quote.
No response a week later after multiple inquiries. Just ghosted.

Due to my work schedule and the rain the past several weekends, my grass (and weeds) had gotten embarrassingly tall. I knew my mower would be fighting for its life if I tried to tackle it myself, so I didn’t. I contacted Integrity Lawn Maintenance and they were able to put me on the schedule quickly. It was all arranged through Facebook messaging with text confirmations/updates, which is particularly nice if you’re phone call averse like me. They tamed the jungle that was my yard and I couldn’t be happier! I would like to think I won’t let my yard get to that point again, but if it does, I know who I’ll turn to.

Integrity Lawn Maintenance did a fantastic job on our lawn! Our lawn was in a very bad shape. I contacted them on Sunday night. They replied right away and we set up an appointment for Monday morning. They arrived very timely in the morning and were very professional. We could not be happier. Highly recommended.
