We had several shrubs installed by Matt today. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and attentive to what he was doing. He prepared the planting sites thoroughly with soil and fertilizer. He also advised as to proper watering. Great work!
This is the second time we have used your services and look forward to visiting the nursery again to see all of the Fall decor!

Cross Creek Nursery just completed a landscape project in our backyard. The results surpass our expectations; the plants are beautiful and low maintenance, the slate path solid yet welcoming, and the overall design even prettier than on paper. The entire project was seamless from design to scheduling, installation and cleanup. A special shoutout to the crew who were prompt, efficient, meticulous, professional, and most of all a pleasure to work with. Thanks Austin, Adolfo, and Gilmer—our Frenchie misses you already!

Did a bunch of landscape planning this weekend and was a bit overwhelmed with the project. I ended up with 3 truck loads of trees and shrubs I purchased from CC. Jordon was with me every step of the way! She was wonderful to work with. She helped me pick out all my plants, reviewed which ones would work best in different locations, loaded my truck for me 3 different trips and had a huge smile in her face to entire time! Such a pleasant experience and what a wonderful employee!! Cross Creek is lucky to have her!

We hired Cross Creek for a whole yard transformation including a new blue stone patio, outdoor kitchen, outdoor lighting new plants and a fountain. We were so impressed with the quality of their design, execution and workmanship. Recently we had them back to install urns on either side of our front steps and that too was a beautiful job. And they are doing regular weekly maintenance for us. It is one stop shopping and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Cross Creek for any and all landscape need.

Cross Creek just completed a big project at our property - pulled out very old plantings and installed all new plantings and mulch across the entire front of our property. It looks amazing! The project was easy from the start, we first met with a designer to help figure out what we wanted and when it should be planted. Once the project started onsite, the onsite leader checked in with us and was an available to us throughout each day of the project. We could not have had a better experience from start to finish!!

Each company I've worked for in Richmond uses this business for their office, events, and holiday parties. Our interior landscaper, Tara consistently ensures our plants are healthy and creatively resolves any issues we occur.

Stacey at Cross Creek has been planting and decorating the seasonal containers around my yard for years. Her artistry and knowledge of plants are unparalleled. She, Wendy, Tammy, and Lisa came to switch my containers from autumn to winter/Christmas. They heard my vision and delivered. This department at Cross Creek is amazing. FYI, Tara comes every two weeks to inspect and maintain the plantings throughout the year. Amazing work.

The Cross Creek crew did a great job in taking out my overgrown shrubbery without any damage to underground wires and cables. The crew kept me informed about where all the new plantings will go and how to care for them.

The experience I had with Cross Creek Nursery was excellent from beginning to end. I have a new house and it lacked personality, especially in the back, so I worked with Ally Sheehan to design new beds and decide on a few trees to make my yard more colorful and interesting and also provide some pollinator plants for butterflies and hummingbirds. Working with Ally was like working with an old friend. She has a depth of knowledge of plant colors, habits, and environmental suitability. She listened carefully to what I was envisioning and delivered exactly what I was looking for. Will, Nelson, and Carlos spent the day installing the plants and applying fresh mulch to the existing beds and the new ones. They made sure that I approved the placement of the plants before they actually put them in the ground which I greatly appreciated. They were professional and considerate of my property and even told me that there was a hornets nest by the air conditioner! Fortunately, no one got stung. I had a red Japanese maple planted and two beds created, planted, mulched and bordered with stacked stones on May 14, 2024. The project manager, Jack, and two great team members (Abraham and Juan) did a fabulous job! They were diligent, hard-working, courteous and efficient. From delivery to preparation to installation and cleanup, they were busy, careful, answered my questions, and converted a design plan into a completed landscape that I love. The simple design in my head became a reality that looks like it has always been here! I love it and I cannot say enough about the team who delivered what I hoped to see! Thank you to Jack, Abraham and Juan as well as Mike J from Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping! When I need another addition to my landscape, I will definitely call on you!

I stopped by to get flowers for my mother's birthday and was helped by a very nice gentleman. He helped me pick out a custom bouquet, which my mother loved. I will definitely be back. They also have a greenhouse/nursery, check it out!

I loved visiting this nursery! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Elizabeth spent a lot of time helping me even though my purchase was smalI. I look forward to coming back and admiring all of the lovely plants.

We had the absolute BEST time working with Trevor at Crosscreek Nursery!! It wasn’t that busy, so he walked us everywhere we needed to go, giving us options, and answering all of our questions!! I’ve never had so much fun at a plant nursery…not to mention how beautiful the nursery is with all the water features, bridges, children playing, decorative features, and walking paths! We filled up the Pilot so much we almost didn’t have room for Mom!! Thank you, Crosscreek and Trevor for a beautiful Saturday morning!! (And don’t forget to check out the T-Rex statue - a must for every garden 😂)

maintenance and install crews have been incredible friendly, professional and experts in their field. Their leadership is supportive of their work regardless of the level job they hold. It’s great to streamline from multiple companies to one to handle it all. Expectations have been exceeded. They are also responsive and timely to questions and concerns. Stacey and her team always do a FABULOUS job! If you’re not sure what kinds of flowers you want, Stacey will ask you questions snd she can take it from there. Or she’s comfortable with you making suggestions also. This is the second year we’ve used Cross Creek and Stacey and we’ll continue to recommend them.

Overall we are very happy with our new landscaped yard from Cross Creek Nursery. Total glow up!

The sales team (Cody) and installation crew (Helen, Owen and their crew) were all great to work with throughout the process. We ran into a few issues with our FiOS line being cut even though it was marked, our fence and driveway were damaged as well.

Love, love, love this place. Great selection, wonderful staff and great prices. Thank you for enabling my addiction lol. The property itself is so beautiful. They really show off their expertise in landscaping.

If you are looking for an exceptional experience in landscape design, look no further then Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping. The process begins with a design plan. Cody Jordan, our designer, came out to the house to discuss the project and develop a plan which included 2 rows of Belgian block along our driveway, and an apron between 2 stone columns. Cody listened carefully, then thoughtfully offered suggestions and guidance to meet our vision. Once the design plan was compete, the project manager, Gelo, and his team of Orlando and Gama went to work. They did a fantastic job with their workmanship, paying careful attention to every detail. The team had a high level of expertise, and they were neat, professional and took great pride in making sure everything was done just right. We are delighted with the outcome, and we could not be more pleased with Cross Creek’s commitment to our project.

Staff is always incredible when I visit and are always so fast and willing to help. They have a great selection and are always attentive to what what plants thrive in each individual situation and will spend time to help you find the perfect one.
