Zoom Drain came to check our shower clogged drain, they use their camera to find the problem before performing the work. They were very professional, informative, honest and affordable. I would recommend them to everyone.

Two nice young men, Kris and Austin, arrived from Zoom Drain. They listened politely as I explained the issues I’d been having. They checked my bathrooms and then went outside, got up on the roof and in no time at all had cleared the clog. I’ll definitely call Zoom Drain if I have a similar issue in the future.

The Two Technician’s were so through in there diagnosis and advised me that it was a exterior issue that underground pipes were in bad shape and it would be necessary for them to be replaced. This wasn’t a job that they could address but were so very helpful and I would recommend them to everyone I know that needs any type of work on there inside plumbing. Zoom Drain was great! They were able to come out same day to clear a clogged main sewer line. Their crew was friendly and worked efficiently, would definitely recommend.

I called that 9 a.m. They came out a couple hours later. The guys were friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, and completed the job. It took longer than they expected but they honored the quote. I was very satisfied.

I Hired zoom drain to assist in a stopped up commercial drain in Richmond Va. The scheduling, pre job communication, and work on site all went great. Payment was affordable and easy and transacted on site. They were able to get the drain clog removed and water flowing. Thank you Philip and Chris. Very professional and friendly.

At 44 years old, this may be the 4th review I've ever written, but I must! I need to send a special thanks to Jonah, Austin and Chris.
When I called zoom drain, I already had 3 estimates for the same work from other companies. The price ranges were $1700 -$4600, but when these guys came they took their time to properly access the situation, regardless of what direction I was trying to push them in. They worked one whole day, told me to wait a few days and they would return to see if what they were trying had worked. These guys came back, fixed my problem without opening my walls and then charged me a grand total of like $400 bucks!

They came to my home twice and they knew that I was willing to pay a lot more money but they didn't even try to take advantage.
That quality is very hard to find in a company these days!

Sticking true to their name, zoom responded to my initial service request faster than its competitors. My old, half functioning toilet was replaced with a recommended model that works very well. Service was friendly and professional. I will keep this company on tabs in case of future plumbing issues.

Loved working with Phillip and his partner. They were friendly got our to the property within just a couple days of my reaching out. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly. Will definately call again.

My main sewer line was blocked. They came the same day I called and were courteous and professional. They could not clear the drain that day, but returned the next day and got the drain cleared. Even though they used several different methods to clear the drain and the job took much longer than usual, the charge was the same as originally quoted. I was very pleased with the company from start to finish and recommend them without hesitation.

We worked with Philip and he did an amazing job. He accommodated our tight schedule and provided a piece of mind when it comes to old cast iron pipes. Highly recommend!!!

The team at Zoom Drain did a fantastic job after installing a clean out on my 1950’s home sewer line and running the jetter through to finish unclogging the line 70-80 feet to the street side. Thanks guys for a great job and being so personal and easy to work with. (And the dogs loved having you guys around!)

Very flexible and responsive with scheduling. The technician was helpful and thorough with his evaluation. The best part is there is no service fee so when he concluded his evaluation and didn’t recommend any service to be done the visit didn’t cost us anything whereas another plumbing service would have charged just to tell us we wouldn’t need any work done.

Used Zoom Drain Richmond location last week for a sewer issue. Everything from start to finish went great! Booked online the appt, it had several options with a 4 hour window. A representative called and confirmed it. They came out as agreed. Kris the technician came out with 2 helpers. They listened to my concerns carefully looked at and diagnosed the sewer issue, and offered a few different suggestions. Some quick fixes, mid term and long term options. All 3 guys were so nice and helpful and didnt make me feel pressured at all for any service. I will gladly use them again and give them as a recommendation.

Their guy Phillip showed up on time, was up front about pricing and took care of business quickly and professionally at our small restaurant. Much different experience than the last visit from RotoRooter, who we used to use but definitely not anymore. Zoom will definitely be our new go to!
