I had a great experience with Zoom Drain today. Clogged toilet issues are never fun but Chris, the technician they sent out for the job, was great! Chris is knowledgeable, quick, efficient, professional - even kind to my dog! The whole process took about an hour and I was charged a competitive rate based on another quote from another service. If I ever have a problem that requires a plumbing solution, I’d call Zoom Drain again.

Zoom Drain lived up to their name. Chris was a true gentlemen and professional. He provided a clear and concise plan of action and his execution was flawless…The power washing device cleaned my sewage line with a chemical solution and within minutes my drain was free of clogs and grease ….its flow like a river ….Highly recommended for your most difficult clogs…

Appointment was easy to make and they were able to come quickly, Chris showed us how to remove the cover and find a hair trap. DUH! He didn't charge us. Thanks!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience with the friendly folks over at Zoom Drain. They were in constant communication, transparent about pricing, and did an excellent job repairing our crawlspace pipes and installing our new disposal unit! Would highly recommend them for any plumbing job!

Zoom Drain did an outstanding job clearing out my main drain with their 3000 psi Hydro Jetter. The whole process was fast and efficient, and they even included a camera inspection to verify the drain was completely clear—something that many competitors charge extra for. The technician took time to explain each step, showing real knowledge and professionalism while also making sure my property was well taken care of. What impressed me most was that their pricing was drastically lower than other companies I compared, yet the service was truly top-notch. I highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone in need of reliable drain service.

Had a clogged bathroom sink drain that I needed to get fixed ASAP. Through Angi, got a response back from Zoom. They were able to get to me that afternoon and get the drain fixed. They were timely, responsive, and professional. I did think the charge was a little pricey, however. But, was glad to get things flowing again.

I had/have a plugged tub drain that needed to be cleaned. Chris, the person to open the plugged drain arrived on time and worked very hard to open this plugged but wasn’t able to get it open. He guesses that the trap has possibly collapsed which caused the blockage.

Would not recommend. Had a clog in the long powder room drain that was likely caused by the slope not being correct. Technician didn’t bother to go under the house to check to see where the clog was or if the PVC needed to be opened and unclogged that way. Instead he tried snaking from the toilet which then pushed the clog into the main drain (which impacts my other toilets). It cost an additional pre-approved $200 to then unclog that drain. He used Zoom Jetting (a form of power washing) which sprayed toilet paper and sewage water all over my crawl space vapor barrier (see photo). This was later cleaned up as best as could be but still resulted in sewage contamination on the barrier. We offered him a bucket to use to prevent this mess but he declined the offer. He also tried to say we might have a clog in the main sewer line outside that a camera would identify. Other than the powder room, we have never had problems with any toilet, sink or shower in the house nor noticed a sewage smell. A main sewer line problem made absolutely no sense.
